Would be great to integrate a feature that lets you add the delivery date to packing slip. Otherwise a great app with good features and fast online support.

Pickup is a fantastic app, with amazing customer support. Nandini was so friendly, and fixed my initial question plus went through my store, highlighted and resolved a few other set-up issues. I'd definitely recommend the app, as support is one of the best I've seen.

App needs some improvement. to get more user friendly, However, the customer service is awesome specially Kavandish he helped me a lot easy time saving and straight to the point. Jennifer is also super helpful and easy to work with. she helped me to have all the features I want.

Great app. Great service. We’ve been using it for at least 2 years. Lately we had some bugs (which was in fact from a compatibility problem with another app) and it was rapidly fixed by the support team! Great job!

The application works very well and is very useful. What's more, the various tutorials are comprehensive and explain the functionality well. The support team is also very efficient: they respond immediately, are very helpful and also open to hearing customers' needs so as to evaluate possible implementations to improve the app even more. A very useful and easy to use app to allow customers to choose pick ups days/times. Time slots can be as open or very narrow depending on what's needed. Support is super quick to respond and help with or fix any issues. Highly recommend
