So far so good. Shopify places a lot of limitations on the checkout process, and another app I was using didn't help me to overcome those limitations. When I started the setup process, I thought this app was going to be more of the same, however I DMed them at 11pm my time and surprisingly got a response immediately. I then spent an hour working with Janani and then later Farhath who helped me set the app up exactly how I want it to work. I am blown away by the level of service. Thank you!

Subiksha was very helpful with my queries. This app is great for managing our orders for in store pick up and local delivery for our business. Highly recommended. Their customer support is also fantastic, they were able to add some custom features that we needed on our website, the service was friendly and also very efficient!

Annie was extremely helpful and so kind to work with. She guided me through the steps to setup my delivery and pickup calendar and help me set up my zip code zones. She was so helpful with providing me with options to remove unwanted features. She even went above and beyond to help me with my checkout service. She was thorough and guided me to the user manual if I need to reference other guides to setup my pickeasy delivery services. Thank you so much Annie you are a true star.

The app is very convenient and covers all the bases our businesses needed for delivery and pick-up. The setup was fairly easy, but whenever I needed help, Subiksha from the PickEasy team was very helpful and answered all my questions efficiently. Definitely recommend!

The app is a little complicated for inexperienced users. The support team is sometimes hard to reach and can take days to resolve issues. But when you get the right agent, everything works quite well. Dhina helped me again today, and they were fantastic. I wish everyone on the support team could be that generous, professional, and helpful!

I've had to make about 5 or 6 zoom calls to get errors fixed.. we've had to delay our launch twice now because of errors, I'm still waiting on this to be fixed? Can someone please get back to me asap! If I hadn't invested so much time into this app I'd be changing...
