Subiksha was very helpful in assisting me with installing this app how I wanted and answered all of my additional questions with ease. We are yet to start using this app live however we are pleased so far with the ease of use.

Updated review -- I tried really hard to make it work since I really like what they've built. That said, while Pickeasy support was initially very responsive and made several efforts to help us with our issue, ultimately it couldn't be resolved between Pickeasy and Shopify, so we were forced to find an alternative. After upgrading in Shopify, the CCS API still wasn't communicating with Pickeasy and each support team kept passing me back and forth to the other. I also was unable to chat the support team after a few days and they didn't respond to my last email.

Barath and Manaz was fabulous. He stayed past our scheduled zoom call to assist in all of my questions and found custom text solutions for each question or request. I would happily request to work with barath and Manaz again for any Pickeasy questions!
