I can only say good things about this company! I had some tweaking to do before the app worked perfectly, but they came through with each and every request within 1 day! their customer service is available 20 hours a day, just amazing! plus the add really solved all my shipping issues that i had! 5 stars!

Vinduja was great and resolved an issue we had quickly, even after realizing the issue wasn't coming from PickEasy, but an older app we used to have. Kavishan was very helpful as well.

Febin was very helpful with walking me through all the different options of the Pickeasy app. I feel that this was the solution I needed for my online store. Very professional and nice to speak with. Elle me permet de proposer à la fois de la livraison à domicile et du retrait en pick-up. Le chat est disponible, l'équipe trouve toujours une solution. Ils sont d'un grand soutien et c'est appréciable. Merci particulièrement à Vinduja, Febin et Manaz qui m'ont débloqué de plusieurs situations.

This app is very helpful for setting time slots for delivery. I'm technical in nature, but fairly new to Shopify, so I'm still finding my way through how to customize things properly. I contact their support and they were able to help me customize the app a little and set the proper settings to get everything set up.

Of all the support technicians, Siva was by far the most competent, speedy and successful at troubleshooting our issues with checkout. thank you !
