Their service is amazing. They always go above and beyond when it comes to tweaking the app to work better for my scenario and to help me get things set up. The app works as described and has not given me any significant issues and the few things I did have due to conflicts with other apps, the support team fixed quickly. Even when they make improvements trying to help functionality that inadvertently may make other's use cases more difficult, within hours they address my concerns.

This app was perfect for us when we were doing curbside pickup for the last few years. It saved me so much time by scheduling all the orders. Easy to use. Great customer service when I did have a small issue. They solved it over Zoom. I deleted it as we’re not taking pickup orders now, but I will definitely reinstall this app if we return to pickups or deliveries.

I have been using the Pickeasy app on my store for about 1 year and it has been great. I recently needed to update my store hours and Subi was very helpful in adjusting my holiday hours. I would recommend this app if your store offers local pick, delivery and shipping. Awesome!
