SUBIKSHA 101% customer service, very accomodating and it really helped me set-up and fix problems with the app and my shipping. Been helpful right from the start.

The team at LogBase has been integral in the process of customizing our online shop to accommodate setting up custom shipping, delivery and local pickup scheduling and rates for our complex item library. Rajkumar has provided support every step of the way to make sure that the app is working to our liking, and never hesitates to jump on a call to address any changes that need to be made. They have gone beyond the call of duty to make sure our UX is seamless from item page to cart to checkout! We are so grateful for all they have done for us! Highly recommend!

All team members are very professional. Reply super fast!! All my messages were replied immediately. I am having an issue with local delivery and pick up issue with my website. Tried few apps. All of them are not the one fit my store need. This APP have all I need. Their team help me to set up the setting to meet exactly what I need. I had a great zoom meeting with Sudhan, he helped all the set ups. Highly recommend the company and their APP.

I am a Grocery owner, I am very happy to have their apps for my store, the functions are really helpful, I can even set up a delivery by different date for different area, and also different delivery rate for the delivery. on top of that the support team are sooooo nice , always there for you, solve the problems really quick!

Siva was great at teaching me how to make some changes on the app, great customer service. I learned how to change the language form english to spanish (: Plus everytime something changes in settings they help super quick.

I have used the scheduling feature to get help with integrating the system twice now and both times it has been extremely helpful. Just had a chat today with Siva and he completely walked me through updating our checkout. We have been using the service for a month across two locations and it has been a huge help to our small business.

Standout customer service -- they were incredibly responsive, timely, and helpful in getting the app integrated with our site. I was able to schedule a virtual meeting same-day for them to do some back-end work to ensure everything worked properly. Highly recommend, not just for the app (it does exactly what we need!), but also for the customer service support.

I had tried a lot Date Picker app either paid or free. I can tell you this one is the great becos you can pre-set all time slot here. And one big point is about blackout date, you can pre-set the Date with different time slot too. And really appreciate helpful support by Siddarth Nataraj. Cheers.

This app is amazing; the amount of options from block dates, lead time, product override, etc. is exactly what I needed. I had to make a modification that required code change, but Siddarth and his team immediately jumped onto the issue and was able to make the changes needed. 10/10

I am using this app to set up various delivery rates and different locations with numerous product lead times and conditions and they have been prompt and very helpful in getting things fixed when I had issues. Siva has been extremely helpful in assisting me in trouble shooting all my variant products and has saved me an enormous amount of time and energy. So it has been much appreciated. I would highly recommend this product especially with is encompassing service. There have been many options to make contact, whether it be screen sharing, setting up zoom calls and assessing spread sheet data.

We couldn't manage without this app! So helpful for scheduling pickups. We don't do shipping, so we use it exclusively for scheduling order pickups. It's very customizable with the 15 minute interval option and the blackouts. Customer support is the best I've seen - they respond immediately. They helped us tweak an issue on our order page, so that the scheduler worked properly. I also just reached out to them about a possible new feature that would really help, and they immediately scheduled a zoom call and had me explain the feature we would love to have added, and they're putting in a ticket to see if they can add this feature. I'm so so pleased with this app and their team. Highly recommend.

We have a unique setup in that we only delivery locally, so we require zip verification, delivery rates based on zip, and delivery / pickup scheduling. This app integrates & is customizable much more easily (and less expensively) than the competitors I've tried. Support is extremely responsive and extremely helpful, and have helped me integrate into multiple themes as we've grown / updated our site. Highly recommended.
