Tried another delivery/pick up app which was just okay. Decided to give this one a shot and let me tell you ... SO GLAD I TRIED THIS ONE! It literally does everything I need including different prep times for different products. It was pretty simple to get going, I just needed a couple of tweaks which support got done extremely fast. They knew and understood what I was talking about, fixed it in almost real time. This is the type of support I'm talking about!!!

Really helpful. So far so good, customer service is not always there, time zone problems maybe, and sometimes this app will conflict with other apps, please make like multi-discount app can not work together with this app

Janani helped me integrate 2 of their apps . They did this seamlessly and helped me to understand how the app worked in our zoom call Rahul was also very helpful when i needed help with new shipping scenarios and combining rates

I installed this app since 1 month while i was working working on my client project by using this app feature but was having some issue with setting up app they i go with app's Support team and i Discussed with Shiva who is support team member of this To be Honest they come out from their rule to help me by fixing my some issue with code to solve bugs . I also discussed with technical team person name with Gokul Who is super supporting me very well and explain me as well how he fixed the issue . Thank you Manaz for patiently helping us resolving the errors. SUPER SATISFIED with this app :) Go with this app you will not disappointed at all

After testing out numerous local delivery apps, I found that this one works best for my site. There are lots of customization options and does not slow my site down. The user guides are amazing! I had an issue with removing the app ID from the products but customer service was prompt and fast and was able to walk me through it to fix it. It worked! He was also on standby to do a quick zoom call for further assistance if needed. I am very impressed with this app and highly recommend.
