Thank you Subiksha. Vinduja in particular helped me with an extremely complex setup issue which took over 2 hours to resolve. She was incredibly patient & also took the time to train me on some aspect so that we could be self-sufficient in the future. Due to the complexity of our needs, she has also pre-emptively raised an issue that occurred during testing that I would not have notice. I love that they orders get automatically tagged with the date of pickup / local delivery. Hugely helpful for managing delivery days. Very appreciated!

This app is perfect for our needs! We appreciate the customizability as we have certain products that are eligible for local delivery or pickup, but not shipping. We were able to set a local delivery radius, and customize our order confirmation email as well to include the pickup/delivery time details. The support has been so helpful and is extremely responsive through their live chat. I've been on Zoom calls for hours with their team and they don't stop until whatever I need is taken care of! Would highly recommend!

The app is designed beautifully and works as expected. I think it covers all the use cases for deliveries and pickups. Much recommended !! Most importantly the support team is excellent and very well versed with the product. They help resolve issues very patiently and diligently. Ik was op zoek naar een makkelijke en niet te dure app om afhalen beschikbaar te maken op mijn website. Deze app heeft alle opties die ik nodig heb. Bij het installeren kwam ik wat problemen tegen. Hierbij werd ik heel snel en heel goed geholpen door Rahul. We planden gelijk een zoom meeting in en hij heeft alle tijd genomen om alles goed in te stellen en uit te leggen. Ik raad deze app zeker aan!!

sowmiya was very helpful with our zoom meeting today with setting up my account. I would high recommend using this system. the support was great. Also to add at a later date, I must have contacted these guys a good 10 times now and not once has it been an issue and has always resolved any issues. the response time aswell is bar far the fastest on all apps I've used.
