Customer service makes navigating this app SMOOTH sailing. Best to meet on Zoom and spend a little time on your issue and they will share screen and show you exactly how to get from point A to B and then again from point B-D :). Thank you for todays help! Some improvements to consider: The Calendar and the charge at Checkout aren't cohesive...for example the same customer in one zip code can select a time that isn't offered to them...it shouldn't show a specific time to the zip code if the zip code doesn't offer it at checkout. There are a few more little things like this I'd like to submit for review...but overall, it does get the job done.

ALWAYS great customer service.. I was helped Janani, I was greeted with a chat pop up from window where a real agent joined right away. This has been the case every time I've had to troubleshoot. They assisted with my issue then also showed me how to update it myself for next time. Very happy with this!

The app is very helpful by letting customers choose a date and time range for pick up orders. Customer service was amazing and able to fix our problems and requests right away!

日本のサイトで使用しても問題なく運用できます。すべて英語で記載されていますが、難しい単語は使用されていないので設定も問題なくできます。 また、不明点があってもカスタマーサービスは迅速で丁寧なのでお勧めです。 一度テーマを変更した際にアプリのインストールがうまくかみ合わず、困っていたのですが連絡したところすぐに直してくれました。

Kavishan is the most professional support ever! amazing app and amazing service! A bit more improvements can be done to the app to match all our requests, but I'm sure the team are open for suggestions and are actively working to improve the app!

Their App works great and has a ton of flexibility to it. Dare I say it is likely the best pickup and delivery app available on the Shopify store. Support is always top notch. Instead of just having the option for support via email or support ticket, these guys also allow you to request support via Zoom. Best service I have received out of all the Shopify App teams I have worked with.

We haven't implemented the app live yet as we're still in the setup process but they have been great to work with. Siva helped us navigate through the issues we had at the outset and it's great to know they are available for any other issues we may run into.
