I don't ship products. Everything is local delivery and pick up. This app allows the flexibility without going to a higher monthly membership with shopify. I've used the zoom chat a couple of times, because I'm still learning, and EVERY TIME they were super helpful and patient.

Seamless app with INCREDIBLE support! Set-up was so easy due to the support on chat, then when we needed extra help we jumped on zoom with Janani and it was all sorted so fast! After using another Store Pickup / Delivery app for the past 2 years, it broke a week ago & customers couldn't check out. After a few days back & forth (with no solution & losing business daily), i installed this app only 24hrs ago & already, my stores back up & running (better than it was before) with quicker solutions & better options than ive ever had before. To top things off, i had Siddarth walk me through the set up via a Zoom call 10:30pm last night. He spent over an hour with me setting up new zip code radius rates & a few other coding issues. He was even in a live chat with Shopify getting some custom settings sorted for me so i could fine tune my pickup/delivery options to perfection. To say im happy with this app & his service is a serious understatement, Siddarth went well above & beyond his job role & i cant thank him enough for it. I'd give this review 10 stars if i could.
