Great application that provides a lot of value for the customer and saves a lot of customer service tickets

We have been using the OrderEditing app for quite some time now and I have nothing but positive things to say! It has saved us 100s of CS hours and also improved the customer experience a lot! Can't recommend the app enough! A game changer!

While we have not yet been able to utilize any of the upsell features (due to our own system limitations) I would highly recommend this app for the order editing features. What sets Order Editing apart from similar apps in the market place is that they expose so much via Shopify Flow, enabling many customization options for the merchant. The Order Editing team are also top-notch and dedicated to ensuring success for their users.

OrderEditing has been a gamechanger; not just in reducing tickets for the Customer Service team, but also in time spent manually changing/cancelling orders by the Operations team. An app to cause an issue that has been around forever that everyone has ignored until now!! Very cleverly designed for any merchant with customer care teams needing more time, it is a lifesaver.

Hamish was great in getting up set up and we have seen a HUGE reduction in customers ordering the wrong size of selecting the wrong delivery option. It has helped improve our customer journey definitely!

No brainer for our team. Saves our customer support team a massive amount of time, and frees them up to better service our customers for more complex issues. Address editing in particular has become almost non existent as customers can self service this. Hamish & the team have created a great, simple product, that really should be built into Shopify natively. The team have worked closely with our ERP + our internal devs to ensure order flows work correctly, and are accessible to make quick changes and tweaks to the product as needed. Would recommend.

A no brainer add to our storefront and customer experience. SaaS doesn’t always come with the ~service~ after you’ve installed or signed on. The Order Editing crew goes above and beyond. They’ve been super helpful in making sure we could find a configuration that worked with our ERP.

OrderEditing has been implemented (which was super easy with the help of Hamish and the team), and configured within the hour, on both our stores, UK and EU. It does what it says on the tin, allows customers to make adjustments to their order. We have almost made 1k from customers editing their order in less than a month. It took us a year to make the decision, but we finally did and it's been fantastic. Incredible onboarding experience (the team responds at all times of day and would fix any problems within minutes). Tickets have been down, more customers are happier. It's great!
