This app allows a nicer-looking, customisable layout for Order invoice/receipts. I can't code, and while I can manage most of the customisation, I needed help and received outstanding instant support via chat from Keanu at Order Printer Pro.

I installed Order Printer Pro less than 24 hours ago, and have already had the pleasure of having the support team (Lauro) create the template I need. Thank you. Edit: I have had cause to call the support group on a number of occasions now, and had excellent service and help every time. These folk know their stuff.

Went down once but the team fixed it and replied within 5 minutes and sorted it straight away for me which was great. Service was good and helpful and the app itself works well, it looks good and the templates work, coding changes are easy and you can put download links into your e-mails with them too.

Luis helped me today, and he was knowledgable, efficient and kind. He guided me to an area of my Shopify store that I was not familiar with- someone else would have likely told me that was not their job but he helped me out ! The app is great. you can choose from templates and then you can customize the templates and if you get stuck like i did, you get amazing support from wonderful people like Luis. :) 5 stars!
