We've been using this app for more than 7 years now. It has solved so many Quotations, Invoices and Packing Slip problems we had in our business that Shopify natively could not support. It's a great extension to have to be able to create your own templates. Their default templates are also well written and easy to update with basic programming skills. Support is also top-notch, solves problems each time you reach out!

I tried to output receipts and packing list (in Japanese) from the purchase history on my page, but because my Shopify plan was not Plus, there were restrictions and it was difficult. However, thanks to the support team's accurate liquid corrections and advice, I was able to implement it successfully. The receipt and packing list forms can be freely edited, so I was able to get the results I wanted. I think it's a great app.

Luis from the support team assisted us in great way. He coded us a way that a template automatically switches the VAT number shown, depending on the shipping address of the order. This is important for our international sales in the EU. So if you have the same issue, contact Luis. He did great work!
