I have been using this app for a few years now and I don't have a single bad thing to say about it. I just had a question pop up that I needed some assistance with and support was online with me in just a few minutes and was able to help me with my problem. Hands down one of the best apps on Shopify.

I'm using this app for several shopify shops and I really love it. The support team is commended for their quick responses and technical expertise. Today I ask them for some support to create a special template – Within a few minutes, I received feedback and support. The team is really top and I can recommend the app to everyone.

I really like the look of the packing slips and invoices. You may as well buy the package of templates so you can use all of them for a uniform look. It has more and better information to help me fulfill and ship orders. I use it to print the customization notes from Globo Product Options, Variants.

I recently started using Order Printer and the support has been unlike any other app I have ever tried! The team has been incredibly helpful in helping us make changes to the templates to fit our needs. This app has helped us automate the invoice and order confirmation creation which has saved our team a lot of time. I couldn't recommend them enough!

FRAUDULENT! Steer clear from this app.. they don't even tell you this or update you but they've been charging me $10 / month for YEARS. And I had no idea nor did I ever approve these charges.
To give some true context on this review. Decoralist installed the app and approved the app charges in 2020, as can be seen both in the Shopify Partner Dashboard, and on their own activity feed. We've provided screenshots of this from Shopify's own systems etc. They've then forgotten they installed the app, even though Order Printer Pro would have been both showing in their Installed apps list, and on their monthly Shopify invoice every month since they installed and approved the app subscription. They've now come to us and demanded a refund for 3 years that they "didn't know" they had the app installed. We gave 3 months refund, which we feel is fair, especially when such words as "fraudulent" are being thrown around. Long story short, they installed and subscribed to the app, demanded a refund 3 years later, and are now leaving this review because they didn't get their way. It's rare that strange situations come up like this, thankfully. Hopefully our other 800+ 5 star reviews help show what we are really about. Kind regards, Bjorn Forsberg Founder - FORSBERG+two
