Son unos estafadores!! Si realmente quieres evitar problemas y ahorrar en tus envíos no utilices esto. Te cobran unos sobrecostes desproporcionados sin previo aviso por 1 centímetro de caja que no es real (siempre utilizamos las mismas cajas) Primero puse una reseña de 5 estrellas pero era demasiado pronto, al final con tantas penalizaciones se pierde dinero. Estafadores de manual, eviten usar esta app!!

Our store is located in Spain, and I spend a LOT of time looking for a shipping system that would integrate with our Shopify store. Surprisingly, many major shipping companies DO NOT have an application to do this. Packlink not only integrates seamlessly with shopify, it also gives you the option of many different shipping services. So for instance, Correos may be more competitive for domestic shipping, while UPS is better for international. You simply pick the best service for what you need, no additional accounts, logins etc. Also, I figured out that if you have the Basic Shopify plan and you pay for the year (rather than monthly) then you can import the shipping rates into your checkout page (this is called "Third-party carrier-calculated shipping rates"). Super easy for shop owner and customer, shipping rates import automatically based on the customers delivery address. Really great product, very pleased with it.

What I've come to learn, is that if you're outside of the USA, and using Shopify for eComms, Packlink Pro is an absolute essential for seamless workflow shipping. A great, and free service (even cheaper than going straight to the shipping company direct...?!) and the customer support is SECOND TO NONE! I called Renata (my Packlink Pro account manager) with what I thought was a really silly question about usability, and she happily explained it thoroughly and saved me HOURS over the week with her knowledge and inside tips. I can't recommend PLP enough, (and if it's possible, ask for Renata to be your account manager...! )

Applicazione intuitiva, prezzi concorrenziali. Il sistema rende la spedizione degli ordini molto più facile. Mi complimento con l'account Manager Brunella Esposito che mi ha aiutato a impostare l'app nel negozio e ha ascoltato le mie esigenze per venirmi incontro e facilitare il mio lavoro. Davvero una persone preparata e attenta.

ero utilizzatore da privato dei servizi offerti da Packlink, ora anche per il mio sito utilizzo packlink Pro. l'utilizzo della App è sufficentemente intuitivo, molto buona l'assistenza che il nostro account "CIRO" offre ai suoi assistiti, il servizio Chat è normalmente di buon livello, purtroppo non sempre attivo. forse da ampliare il numero delle possibilità offerte in termini di corrieri

I am really liking the app, the only problem is that it doesn't offer shipping to the United States (and I would also love it if they offering carbon-neutral shipping). In any case, I want to give a shout-out to Renata Primorac. She is amazing. She has been so attentive and has been following up with me via email and phone calls. 100% love working with her and she makes my experience with Packlink even better.

Pratique et moins cher qu'une autre application utilisé, cependant c'est dommage qu'on ne puisse pas affranchir les colis pr les DOM avec la poste, que les points relais ne soit pas automatiquement sélectionnés et qu'on ne puisse pas non plus sélectionner tous les colis en même temps sur shopify pour les basculer sur packlinkpro !

I like the app but there are a few issues with it. i send large, heavy boxes so if a customer chooses two or three of them then it expects me to send it as one which isn't possible with 20kg boxes. If you send to different countries and you use a vat exempt service for their eori code (business to business) then you loose the vat on the postage too. I have contacted me rep about that but i am not sure where he has gone as i have no response from the last few emails. Sometimes the post code needs to have a space in it ,as well to make it work . hHving said that the postage is good value for money, the customer gets to choose from lots of different services. the collection is very handy and i find the app very easy to use

Awesome customer service, right from the top. I received a call the first day I started using the service and Renata (my personal Packlink assistant) was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the whole setup process. That kind of stellar service is rare these days, so I really appreciate it. Initially wanted to use the service for all non-EU orders only, but figured out that Packlink also offers better rates for my shop's domestic shipments within Germany - basically a no-brainer.

Très réactif, service impeccable. Hubert est très compétent et se rend disponible pour répondre à mes attentes en cas de besoin. A chaque fois que j'ai fait appel à lui il a répondu présent et à gérer mes problématiques avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. Je n'hésiterai pas à le solliciter pour toute question. La solution est vraiment top et facilite grandement la gestion de mes envois. Je n'hesiterai pas à recommander votre solution à mon réseau.

La aplicación me gusta mucho y el servicio de Packlink PRO es muy bueno a mi me atiende Antonio Funes y la verdad que es un crack para cualquier cosa que necesites está ahí, lo que si estaría bien es que integrara en todos los shopify, (no solo en el pro) los servicios de envío, para facilitar todo el proceso, pero la aplicación me encanta y el servicio es muy bueno, al menos el chico que me lleva a mi que es Antonio Funes

Veramente affidabile. Ho avuto qualche problema di gestione di logistica, e non solo Angelo Mattino mi ha contattato per email, ma mi ha anche chiamato direttamente sul mio num di telefono per darmi risposte dirette e utili per risolvere al meglio la mia situazione. Non riuscivo a creare alcune spedizioni, e tramite a Team View, Angelo mi ha dato maggiore assistenza direttamente sul pc. MEGLIO DI COSì non potevo chiedere. Appena mando una mail per qualsiasi esigenza, sono sempre disponibili. Grazie Angelo, e grazie Packlink.
