First of all I got contacted by an Account Manager (Antoine) who helped me get started with the app. Really helpfull. Integration is smooth, rates are very interesting and everything is very easy to use. I would have loved a few more features (sorting/filter on the packlink order panel) or more depth on shipping rules, but overall this app is just a gem. Thumbs up to Antoine who helped me retrieve old orders a few months after setting up the app, great customer service. I Recommend.

Ottima app. Perchè ha un'ottima assistenza che ti accompagna in tutte le fasi. Il mio responsabile account Brunella è stata chiara e precisa dandomi anche consigli utili.

Ho iniziato ad usare Packlink Pro e mi sembra davvero un ottimo sistema, semplice ed intuitivo. L'assistenza è stata di alto livello, mi sono interfacciato con Brunella e mi ha seguito passo passo nel settare tutto al meglio!

App eccellente per gestire ed evadere gli ordini. Facile da collegare al proprio profilo Shopify e ben sincronizzata. Preparando l'etichetta e confermando il pagamento l'ordine viene evaso e archiviato in automatico. Il tariffario è equilibrato e offre diverse tipologie di spedizione. Da segnalare l'ottima assistenza da parte di Angelo: sempre disponibile a rispondere ai dubbi e/o alle richieste del nostro team.

Very unhappy with the service, but didn't find a better replacement. Sometimes works great but when there is a small issue the customer service doesn't help, first they are not available, then when I rich them out they do nothing. Worst is the website doesn't offer accurate information, I got an update that the package is in transit when it got returned. I guess it depends on the carrier, some are more reliable than others, but when I have the bad luck of a bad carried the Packlink customer service is dreatfull.

Excellent customer service. My Account Manager, Markus, has guided me through every doubt I have had, advising me on what to do and how to do it better. On top of that, the customer's details are transferred and they look for the best shipping price for you. Very happy to discover Packlink for Shopify!

La verdad es que no podía empezar con más buen pie. Facilísimo de usar, de comprender, ágil y efectiva. Jesús en 10 minutos te arregla el problema que tengas con los envíos. Genial.

Super application : simple, efficace et didactique. Elle me fait gagner un temps très précieux sur mes envois, les tarifs de packlink sont très avantageux pour un eshop comme le mien. Les personnes du customer success sont très aidantes et sympas, c'est très bien d'avoir un partenaire sur qui compter pour gérer cette partie ! Je recommande !

Una app muy útil para conectar tanto con Shopify como con Etsy. Los precios de los transportistas son bastante buenos. Excelente atención al cliente por parte del soporte internacional. Andrej nos ha ayudado mucho a conectar nuestras tiendas con packlink pro, resolviendo dudas y haciendo que el sistema funcione. Muchas gracias.
