Uso questa App per spedire le mie sculture in tutta Italia. Mi trovo benissimo non ho mai avuto nessun problema, mi piace perché è molto semplice da usare e ha dei prezzi vantaggiosi. Inoltre per qualsiasi problema posso rivolgermi all’assistenza. Nicola De Pirro è la mia referente ed è sempre disponibile e gentile, per qualsiasi cosa posso rivolgermi a lei. La app funciona a la perfección. Todo esta organizado de manera extremadamente profesional y prolija. Hasta ahora no he tenido ningún problema y he podido enviar todas mis ordenes sin complicaciones. Mi gestor Brunella Esposito cumple un excelente rol y sus respuestas son inmediatas. Muy satisfecho con el servicio!
He hecho ya 4 envíos a través de la aplicación y es todo muy sencillo y económico. Antonio Funes es mi gestor y estoy muy contenta. Es muy amable, lo explica todo fenomenal y te ayuda en todo lo que necesites.
Semplice ed intuitivo. Si può sempre migliorare, ma la strada è quella giusta. E per ogni evenienze c'è sempre la responsabile account Brunella Esposito, che con gentilezza e competenza mi ha aiutato nel risolvere i problemi.

Excelente aplicación. Agiliza mucho el proceso de envío y por ahora todos los envíos han ido muy bien. A mí me ha atendido Antonio Funes, me ayudó a familiarizarme con la aplicación y resolvió cualquier duda que pudiese tener, además hicimos una prueba para ver todos los pasos a seguir.

Me ha atendido Antonio Funes. La aplicación me gusta porque me permite agilizar bastante el proceso de envío y ahorrar tiempo.
Gracias a Penélope, me fue muy fácil hacer la conexión entre las aplicaciones, es una persona muy educada y con mucha paciencia para enseñar a gente como yo que no esta muy practico en este tipo de cosas. Excelente servicio, 100 por ciento recomendable

Descargué la aplicación, me registré y al poco tiempo recibí la llamada de Jaime, una persona encantadora que me ayudó con todas dudas que tenía sobre la aplicación. La verdad es que eran pocas, ya que la aplicación es muy intuitiva y sencilla, te permite gestionar los envíos en pocos clicks e imprimir las etiquetas. Totalmente recomendable la descarga y uso de esta aplicación.
I had an urgent request for shipping due to some hiccups with supplier regarding shipping issues and Packlink Pro was so easy to register and use. It has its limitations, but it provides really swift support. Customer service, especially Renata was ever so helpful and great.
Our account manager has been great since day 1, always available both via email and telephone. Clear and quick feedback in few minutes and no needed to wait for days before having an answer. Same experience via the online chat, available once we have started using the app. App very easy to install and use. Clear dashboard and opportunity to pre-set multiple standard info like sender addresses, packaging sizes and weight, everything very useful to speed up the labels preparation. We have been able to optimise our work flow and reduce the timing spent on the operational side of the orders preparation. A couple of things they could improve: opportunity to connect multiple stores to a single account; opportunity to leave to the client the chance to enable or disable some automations the app has as default (e.g. sending the tracking email once the label has been generated). Overall, great experience so far....
Ho conosciuto per caso questa app, Al momento devo dire che è molto semplice esportare gli ordini da shopify ed associargli un metodo di spedizione. L'assistenza è stata rapida e dopo l'iscrizione mi hanno subito contattato per aiutarmi a concludere tutti i passaggi.
Acabo de empezar a utilizar este servicio, y por ahora me parece genial. Lo mejor de todo la atención de la persona que me ha tratado: Jaime Quintana Mendibe, mi Account Manager me ha explicado todo perfectamente, y me ha facilitado un montón los trámites.
Unfortunately i have to rewrite my review. Even though I Had/have a great personal consultant with packlink who helped me getting startet with it, the customer service is one of the worse i ever had to deal with - to a point that they wouldn't even answer anymore - to my latest Emails on OPEN CASES. When you buy a label with packlink and your well packed product arrives damaged, they will NOT refund your shipping costs and your product value or reshipping costs, having unrealistic requests of photographs from different angles and layers of packaging made by the customer BEFORE they open the package ... hello???? Sorry but after losing the time stone, not even doctor strange can turn back time and tell his customer to take picture before opening the package. Besides this u get the info after weeks when it's 100% certain the customer threw the damaged package away and there is no chance these pictures can be done. + you don't get that information on first hand when you talk to the support directly - there they only tell you to send a photo of the damaged packaging and 1 photo from the damaged product - the crazy requests come via email after weeks. In which scenario does someone contact an already disappointed customer after weeks to ask for a variety of pictures, apart from the fact that no customer will still keep damaged packaging and products around. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT and in my eyes very rude and not trustworthy
J'ai utilisé Packlink pour faire mes envois la plateforme est très intuitive et j'ai été bien accompagnée.
