Exceptional app. Super stable, and deceptively powerful. We have free local delivery set up along with specific shipping rates for different areas in the UK. I really can't fault this app at all. We've been using it for well over year now and if you're looking for something to sort out your shipping, you need this. It's really good value too. I haven't used the support, so can't comment on that but that says something in itself. Sure, you need to put in an hour or so to figure it out - but it's pretty simple once you get used to it. You also need to be on a Shopify plan that supports carrier rates but if you pay for a basic plan annually, they'll activate it for you if you contact Shopify support. Update - after years of faithful service from this app, today we had an issue. Support was helpful and the issue got fixed (in fact it was nothing to do with the app, something changed on the Shopify end). I always think you can't really rate an app until something goes wrong and you get to see how it gets fixed. Suffice to say, I'm sure I'll be using this app for years to come. Great support and we were able to get exactly what we needed. We got quick answers to questions and personalized setup instructions.
I'm working at the weekend. So is one of the founders of Parcelify. He responded to my email to support about UK postcodes. he quickly understood my specific needs and quickly wrote a bespoke piece of regex to meet them. This is exemplary customer service.
I love this app! I installed it to help me set up advanced shipping. The customer service is superb! They guided me in setting everything up and were quick to reply to my emails. I highly recommend this app!
Great app. It took a bit of help to set up my rates but it does exactly what I wanted and the support is brilliant - quick, helpful and efficient.
Good App. Great Support. It is the solution in the absence of a good native feeder in Shopify. With Parcelify I manage to adequately determine the values by city, region or even other parameters. I recommend it.
I use this app to help me subdivide some regions in my country with zipcodes and weight. The app is great for what I need and the customer care service is even better. I have this app in 4 stores and I highly recommend it!

excellent app now is easier to do the rates for all my customers . the only thing is ask you if you can add the filter customer tag. please if you can do it i will be able to rate all my clients

I carry heavier and lighter items in my store and was looking for an app that would help me figure out the right shipping profiles. I was stuck a few times but Parcelify's truly excellent customer support helped me out every time when I had questions. I highly recommend them!!! We've been using Parcelify for a while now and VERY happy with the product and support. We have very complex shipping rules based on product location, product tags, customer location, weight of cart, value of cart, etc and Parcelify is able to meet our needs. Update 4/28: We had a strange bug/issue that we raised to the team. They were amazing communicators and quickly solved the issue and got us back online. Highly recommended!!
I went through so many apps trying to find one that could handle my complex shipping rates for print on demand products. Parcelify is great. They have excellent customer service and helped me get everything working properly.

Brilliant app! It fills in the gaps from the native Shopify Shipping, enabling precise shipping rates when needed. And customer service is a pure delight, fast, friendly, with clear and illustrated explanations. Highly recommended.
Very useful app that has allowed me to implement sur-charges for specific post-codes (UK based), which is real positive. The one negative I've found while using the app is that you can't implement specific shipping rates based on customer tags, this is a real draw back for me, and may be the reason I end up looking elsewhere. Other shipping apps offer this function, which is the main reason I can't give the app a 5/5 review.
Thanks for your review and the kind words, we are sorry to see you go. I’ll be honest, we are a little bummed with the 3-star rating but you didn’t say anything untrue or misleading. We don’t currently offer the ability to set rates based on customer tags. That’s a fact. It is a feature we have considered adding but it hasn’t made it to the top of our priority list. If it was easy to do we certainly would, however Shopify doesn’t send any customer tag information when they send a rate request as part of the Real-Time Carrier API. That means we will have to get that information in other ways, and the effort required to download, save and continuously sync that data back to your shop and make sure it is alway right is significant. If/when we add customer tags I’ll be sure to reach out to you. Hopefully you’ll give Parcelify another shot at that time. Cheers!
