I've been using Shopify Reviews for 5 years, and decided I wanted a) to allow pictures and videos for my reviews, b) integration with SEO for Google and c) coupons to be easily sent as an incentive. After reviewing several options (there are a ton), I settled in on Opinew because of the strong customer testimonials on their product and service, the ability to easily import previous reviews (this was big) and the seamless integration with the Dawn theme (as well as meeing my requirements). The app did all this and more, and I'm so thankful that I took the plunge. I spent about 3 hours on this integration (customizing the theme, fine tuning the emails, importing reviews, etc). However, they had a ton of videos and help information to assist, and had great support that responded via chat almost immediately. Outstanding experience, and I cannot highly recommend this enough. Opinew is a great, user friendly app that accomplishes the goal of showcasing and asking for reviews for Shopify platforms. The app is great, but what truly sets them apart is how incredible their support team is - not only have they always gotten back to my questions quickly, even at odd hours, but they are truly there to help and answer questions. There is no better review app out there for shopify!

We needed something that would quickly get our store's reviews from other sources and also pull in our shop rating. They were able to get me the feature at the price they requested.

So far we love using this app. It does exactly what we want it to do and import reviews from amazon easily. Daniel on the support team has been extremely helpful in installing all of the widgets we need.

The widgets are very easy to use and have greatly enhanced the homepage of our store. The app is great for reviews, and I like that it automatically updates with the latest reviews. I did have an issue with the carousel, and Daniel helped me quickly solve the problem.

Very good app, I was able to transfer all my eBay and Etsy reviews. Customer support was helpful as well. One thing I would suggest to improve it to be able to have a star banner at the header of the page with just the stars and the rating. Other than that really pleased with the app and features.

I've used Opinew to import and run reviews for Shopify store. I did a lot of research in trying to find the best app that also supports Amazon imports. Their customer service has been incredible when I ran into importing issues. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend them.

A nice app for getting your reviews on flick. We have the overwhelming majority of our customer reviews on Amazon. Being able to transfer it quickly to Shopify is a pretty big deal for us as far as social proof goes, and Opinew does the job pretty well. There was a small nuance/question with the review importing process so we turned to the customer support for help. Literally within minutes got the reply that solved the issue. Haven't tried all the features, but so far it has been a good overall experience.

Only just installed but so far very happy with it. Relatively intuitive to use and looks pretty with lots of customisation possibilities. Also best ever customer support (special shoutout to Daniel)! I'm using a free version and what you get is pretty amazing. Tried 2 other apps briefly and this was the best. For the Opinew team: There are some things that could be further optimised (e.g. in 'request schedule' section it'd be nice to see product order date and ordered items, or be able to sort customers) and also and some glitches (e.g. I seem to have to click "schedule" button twice before it gets sent) Thanks for the great work guys!
