I thoroughly recommend this app! The simplicity is super impressive and they have outstanding customer service. This app has better features than other similar apps, and the developers thought of everything needed to help sales. They are also very responsive and helped us get the most out of the app. We have noticed that customers are reading through the reviews and this has helped boost our sales,

It was easy to import my amazon reviews, besides that I really like the support that is super quick, efficient and friendly.

I left the original review at the bottom, but needed to update. We left Opinew in 2023 because it lacked some features and integrations we needed as we grew. After a year on Loox, we needed features they didn't support so came back to see how Opinew has evolved. Wow, how a year changes things... Endless technical issues and Opinew has now outsourced support. Their support is subpar to put it nicely. If you're just using the basic features, it may be alright but there's a plethora of other review apps at a much better rate. If you operate a real business and not just a hobby, stay away. Original Review Love the app but love the service even more. Onboarding is a breeze, they walk you through all the features and help configure the settings around your goals during the setup. Support is immediate - we found a bug and their team had it fixed within a few hours. Highly recommend

Excellent app! Great service! They are always available to help you with any questions or special requests and are quick! I've now been using the app since April of 2022 and love it! The support team are very responsive and the app itself really adds value to my site.

For some wild reason our reviews literally went missing off our website. Within a few minutes Romana got them added back in under the products. Then I talked to Daniel and he got all the reviews back onto our review page of our website so fast! great customer service thank you so much
