I used this app to pull reviews from Amazon. It has great social proof. Very easy to use and the team is very responsive and so helpful. High recommend! Thank you much Support working very good .... :)

Only just installed but so far very happy with it. Relatively intuitive to use and looks pretty with lots of customisation possibilities. Also best ever customer support (special shoutout to Daniel)! I'm using a free version and what you get is pretty amazing. Tried 2 other apps briefly and this was the best. For the Opinew team: There are some things that could be further optimised (e.g. in 'request schedule' section it'd be nice to see product order date and ordered items, or be able to sort customers) and also and some glitches (e.g. I seem to have to click "schedule" button twice before it gets sent) Thanks for the great work guys!

Handy plugin! It has solved many of my problems, and there are some things I don't understand. The customer service was very patient and taught me how to solve problems. It is worth recommending!!

I used this app for almost 2 years. I like customer support, they usually reply to my message and fix some problems in a short time.

Just read this review about Opinew not having some settings and it couldn't be further from the truth. We've tried a few other review platforms and Opniew is not only extremely well designed and intuitive to use, their team is absolutely amongst the most responsive and helpful of any we have communicated with over the years. Would give them 10 stars if it was possible. Go check out the other review providers if you're not convinced. Or better yet, save your time and money and see what these guys can offer you.

If you're looking for a review app, this is a must-have. Support is a big plus, even with the free plan! I had an issue and they solved it super fast.

I thoroughly recommend this app! The simplicity is super impressive and they have outstanding customer service. This app has better features than other similar apps, and the developers thought of everything needed to help sales. I left the original review at the bottom, but needed to update. We left Opinew in 2023 because it lacked some features and integrations we needed as we grew. After a year on Loox, we needed features they didn't support so came back to see how Opinew has evolved. Wow, how a year changes things... Endless technical issues and Opinew has now outsourced support. Their support is subpar to put it nicely. If you're just using the basic features, it may be alright but there's a plethora of other review apps at a much better rate. If you operate a real business and not just a hobby, stay away. Original Review Love the app but love the service even more. Onboarding is a breeze, they walk you through all the features and help configure the settings around your goals during the setup. Support is immediate - we found a bug and their team had it fixed within a few hours. Highly recommend

Excellent app! Great service! They are always available to help you with any questions or special requests. I've now been using the app since April of 2022 and love it! The support team are very responsive and the app itself really adds value to my site.

For some wild reason our reviews literally went missing off our website. Within a few minutes Romana got them added back in under the products. Then I talked to Daniel and he got all the reviews back onto our review page of our website so fast! great customer service thank you so much
