Opinew Product Reviews App UGC

This review gathering feature of this app has been broken for over 4 months, and I wasn't notified, yet they continued to collect money. I can't believe how unethical these people are.

i use this app frequently its great works just fine, with emira the best customer support ever

excellent customer service. helped fix some bugs on my shop super quick!

Been helpful and useful in so many ways.

This app has been a game changer for us - They really offer a unique review product and experience that we can't find elsewhere. Customer service is top notch too - Shout out to Paul from the team - he's was great guiding us through onboarding and is just as responsive a year later.

very nice experience. Highly recommend opinew to my friends.

I don't have experience of any other product reviews apps, but I have to say the support on Opinew is very good. They reply within minutes and they always see through the request, even in a different timezone. They also keep adding new features, which keeps my reviews fresh and up-to-date. John-Paris Kent

Incroyable comme Appli, l'assistance aussi. Merci à Deepa

Thank you for your excellent support and for creating such a fantastic app!

good

The app is great, it helps us add authenticity to the product. It would be better if more comments could be synced for free.

Great customer support and agent Tarik was very helpful on getting me started.

I used this app last year and it was great. The only reason I decided to uninstall was because at the time I didn't have many customers. Today I noticed some code was left from the app and got in touch with their support team. They attended me immediately, and even though I am not their client anymore tried to solve the problem within minutes. Amazing customer support, if one day I decide to start collecting reviews again it will be with Opinew

terrbile

Kenan's service was excellent, this plug-in is very user-friendly, fast, and very easy to use.
