Let me just preface my review by saying I WANT TO USE PP BADLY! Here's the deal. When I go to APPS in Shopify this pops up: "Your session appears to have timed out. Please click Apps menu in your store admin, and then click the PillowProfits Fulfillment banner to resume working in this app. If you continue to have problems with this error, and cannot get into the app, it might be due to cookies being disabled in your web browser. This has been known to happen with some people using the Safari web browser. You might try making sure cookies are enabled in your web browser, or try using a different web browser, such as Google Chrome. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused." So I contacted PP support regarding the issue that will not allow me to use the app. I keep getting bounced around and not one person has been able to help me fix it. I hear the owner is ridiculously obsessed with customer service - I don't think he'd be happy knowing this disgruntled individual is unhappy. (Note: I have a Mac with Google Chrome as my browser) If anyone has had the same issue I would be grateful to learn how they fixed it. Again, I have not used the PP App. This review is based on not being able to use it.

Their customer service is terrible. Ask a question, I get a non-answer and a video to watch. There is no phone number to call. It' s taken 6 months to get a sample ordered.

I’m not able to open their app anymore for some reason, but they were still able to charge me. There is nothing wrong with my computer....I had been using the app just fine. Then one day I was no longer able to open it. I have tried to change settings, etc but nothing works. Their only solution is to use a different browser (Chrome) which is unavailable for Mac laptops.....it’s only available for iPhone, iPad, etc. So I have been unable to create more products. I have already removed most of their products from my store and will probably end up removing all of it today. There is nothing wrong with my browser, my settings are correct, and I was able to use the app just fine until about a week ago. Customer service is no help....

I loaded this app, tried to use it - designing is awkward - and deleted it before the 7 day trial because I couldn't use it - and was still billed. Would not recommend.

Pillow Profits is not able to label the shipment adress correctly. Problems caused by this issue are being ignored and they are not replying to mails regarding this topic. They are also not able to provide proper shipping information to custom & tax authorities, this causes a massive delay. Here, support answers not to emails too. Support is only existing, if they can send auto mails or want anything from you. If you are based in the EU, hands-off Pillow Profits

Use them most of the time. After ordering hooded blankets from everyone I compared and found PolProf to have the best. Hooded production and DHL service is also great. No complaints! Unfotunaly, I got excited and started selling the fleece blanket line too, without ordering first, when I was told were very similar to the hoodeds. They sell well, but now I get many complaints about cheap quality and slow shipping. I start my days getting yelled at, issuing refunds and my shops reputation is sliding. Not sure what to do now, but looking for other fleece supplies. All others available are smaller, so... Anyway, my advices from lessons learned the hard way YES - offer the hooded blankets, but check the fleece for yourself before you commit. Customer service and help with app issues will likely not rock your world. It is slow. They have great potential, but need some work.

Awful! I cancelled my subscription within the trial period and was still CHARGED! Tried contacting the support and NO ANSWER! REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY!

Wish i can say i had a good experience its been less than 30 days and they have managed to mess up over 10 orders. Then they want photos from each customer showing the wrong orders, yea imagine trying to contact all these customers asking for photos of what happened. forget this company i will no longer use their service. sad because i have used them in the past seems like they have gotten worse over the year. i would recommend finding the same products on a different platform. Update 6-22 they are still sending wrong items and it has become a nightmare for me and my store. they do try to send the correct items but being everything shipped from CHINA it takes another 4-6 weeks for delivery. Even after them messing up has to over 20 orders now in the last week, they want photos for each order that they messed up on. My customers are beginning to hate us. The must have no quality control over there. think twice before installing their app.

Update - After talking with them, they worked fast and credit us for all over charged orders. Their products seem to be in good quality, however, needs to pay attention to shipping costs.

Terrible. Trying to get you to write good review for free pair of shoes. Shopify should not allow this indirect bribery. Not worth, and quality of their products always vary, so is the time of delivery. Also they change their product availability. I signed up because of High Heels than they discontinued High Heels printing... Well, not reliable...

Great quality products but they messed up a lot of my orders. I've had over 20 complaint this month, about wrong sizes, shipping not the whole orders and also over 3 weeks delay time of Express Shipping which is suppose to take 2 weeks. It takes a week to response to my email which they always left me hanging and get to a point I made up some stuff to tell my customers. I'm trying to find a new suppliers for my stuff at the moment.

Very bad business practice! After 3 months of designing the website and perfecting the shoe designs, in which many hours of work and money were invested, we commissioned the first test boots. The shoes we ordered (and later recieved with 1 week delay) were of very poor quality. The soles of the boots were extremley thin - the thickness of the sole is 4mm - so the bottom of the shoes can be pierced through very easily. Boots also did not have a CE standard that provides a guarantee of basic quality to European customers. While ordering, we recieved a wrong tracking number, and after the delivery deley we contacted their costumer service and unfortunatley recieved a very slow response to the question of what's happening with the package. On-time delivery is of paramount importance in this kind of business and waiting for the response for 4 day, when manufacturer is late for more than a week with their delivery to the mailing service, is not accaptable. In addition, the app ratings are unrealistic since most of the users evaluate the app before they get the product as the company offers them $ 25 discount for their first order if they give rating to the application. Also a WARNING to all users of the application who are from the EU. All responsibility for the poor quality of products when facing final customers is on you. That is because shoe manufacturers do not provide basic quality and CE standard. Waste of money and time.
