Be careful. They will lock you into a contract and auto renew it with no notice. We wanted to cancel but unfortunately we were about a week after renewal date. Instead of understanding our situation and charge a prorated fee or any other solution, they were asking a $7,392.42 buyout fee. They don't care, no exceptions, whatever your circumstances might be. We are stuck paying for this app for another half year even though we wanted to switch back to Klaviyo.

great app for sms marketing! gives $1,000 in credits for new accounts, very easy to set up everything, and if not there are many tutorials on youtube, and lastly has great customer service!

I've used about 4 different sms platforms and I always come back to Postscript. Never leaving!

I deleted the app and its been out of my shopify account for over 2 months now only to find out that postscript is charging me €25 a month for not even using a single thing with their application. Ridicilious! Use this app if your ready to pay for it, other wise dont download it

Their terms on rollover credits is not obvious. You have to read their terms of service. My bad for not doing so but I reached out because I spent $200/month for 9 months not knowing and trying to stockpile my credits - so $1800 and they were unwilling to help me recoup any of my wasted money or credits.

Postscript is a wonderful SMS app, very sophisticated, and relatively easy to use with their awesome customer support. We had a smaller SMS base before, but now with Postscript, our base is growing, the segments and templates are easy to modify to our messaging, customers can text us back, and the SMS tools are boosting engagement with customers and overall sales. The live chat feature is prompt even for us in the east USA! Onboarding was a breeze and chat support gave us the confidence to develop more campaigns and try new engagement. Taylor in chat support is wonderful!

PostScripts has been such a great app to use. Our customers love the fact that they can easily text us now and as the senior support specialist I SOOOOO appreciate being able to reach out to their support team and be answered so efficiently and with kindness.

Even if there is an issue, the Chat Support Team is very quick to help solve your issue! They will natively look into things, not just send articles. Having a second set of eyes is always helpful. Taylor and D are always lovely and a joy to speak with!

STAY AWAY OF THIS APP! Their customer support is terrible. We have a problem verifying the TOLL number which said not to approve our account because related to "sells products considered to be prohibited content". We have nothing to do with weed or alcohol, just a beauty supply. We reached out to them twice, not even a solution, sending us a bunch of bsh!t instructions and left.

At first the platform may seem a little overwhelming because of all the functionality, however it quickly becomes clear that there is no better SMS marketing platform than this. After a couple sit downs, you will begin to appreciate the layout and the customizability. Additionally, the customer service is A1. Taylor is literally the best. I had a very vital (but small in hindsight) issue with my sms list transfer into Postscripts, and when I wrote in the chat, she responded in 10 seconds. Not only that, but she stayed patient with me and workshopped the issue the entire time until it was sorted. That is the type of service you stay loyal to. Give her a promotion.
