Started using a few weeks ago so still learning but it has been working very well. Help from Michael our onboarding specialist and support from Porshai has been awesome!

Great support from launch to ongoing scale up. They are there every step of the way. Prompt, engaging, and knowledgeable. I like the credit based system so I always know where I am on my budget. We had a bad experience with the first SMS provider we tried, but Postscript addressed every issue we had. The integration with Shopify is well-crafted so you have complete control and can do sophisticated segmentations. SMS with Postscript is shaping up to be perhaps our biggest marketing win of the year.

The Postscript team is helpful, creative and fun to work with. They are passionate about helping us grow our business, and grasped our customer segment right away. The Shopify integration is SIGNIFICANTLY better than Attentive or Emotive. If you are on Shopify, don't bother looking at the others, just use Postscript.

Got the app up and running over the Christmas holidays. Getting a lot of subscribers even though it's a holiday week. I think this is going to be HUGE for my 2 shopify stores. The best part is the chat support. Meg was awesome !

Highly recommend the postscript app. It's easy to use, small business friendly and the customer service is extremely helpful and friendly. Amazing app and great support team!! Kind of glitchy with Mexico and America Latina stores but I could send SMS campaigns without any complications.
