I use this app For my women’s clothing boutique! It has really helped me stay connected with my girls and help them not miss any launch day, sale or even just our encouraging words that we send out every week! Highly recommend this app and the customer service is outstanding! This is my new favorite business tall and I recommend it to all my small business owners!

They're a great company to work with - everyone I have worked with so far has been knowledgeable and friendly. If they don't know something they'll find out fast. Jared has been super helpful, onboarding with Michael was great, and im excited to keep working with Kara on the account as we grow our SMS channel. Solid tools with a growing list of capabilities.

The app is incredibly user friendly. It's ready to go out of the box. I installed it but then didn't get around to customizing it for a couple of weeks. Then I discovered it was bringing in a lot of sales. By default, right at install, there are 5 flows preconfigured for you, even with engaging gifs - without making any effort to customize yet, all I did was activate these out of the box flows and they led to sales. The customer service is extremely responsive. The interface is very smart but also flexible, unlike some competitors. I'm currently testing additional apps, but so far, Postscript is the winner in all areas.

Postscript ROCKS! The support team is unparalleled. Bre on the support team was beyond helpful, she went above and beyond and taught me so many new things. What I love about Postscript is they help you on the spot, they explain everything in detail whether it be with photos or videos. The Postscript marketing aspect has really helped engage my customers and they have been returning to shop way more frequently since signing up! I can't wait to see how much my business will grow with postscript!

Vengo desde Klaviyo ya que lo utilizo para email marketing y estoy muy complacida por esa parte. Sin embargo, quise hacer un popup para SMS y se me hizo demasiado de difícil, todo fue muy complicado. Sin embargo, con ustedes fue muy rápido, sencillo, y fácil. ¡Gracias a Taylor por su ayuda!

This by far is the easiest and well designed app I've used. Support is always available and willing to make your life easier. I usually don't write reviews but I've been using for awhile and you can't go wrong with this one!
