While we are still learning the ins and outs of postscript, their customer service team has been phenomenal! We’ve had many associates help us, but namely Michael this evening- who stayed late to help implement a feature that had been giving us trouble. We sincerely appreciate the help and look forward to working with postscript!

This is a powerful tool. Sometimes SMS and integrations with other apps can be complicated but TBH, postscripts is way better than all the others in my opinion. It's easy to use. Great customer service. Cailee was super helpful.

Launched my collection today and had an issue with a code. Went right to the chat for assistance and spoke to Kyler. Not only did she help me figure out what was going on, but she also provided me some super helpful links to learn how to use Postscript more effectively. A win win! Postscript is an awesome app. I saw a significant jump in my SMS subscribers and conversions during my first 30 days. The flows are seamless and they are done for you so it takes a lot off your table. This is a really good investment.

The Postscript team has been critical in helping us craft the strategy around our program launch and continue to be great partners to us in helping us not only grow our SMS list, but also expand our strategy to become more personalized and targeted as we evolve. The platform is very intuitive and easy for an in-house marketing team to use. The pricing is transparent and completely controllable from the business side so there aren't any surprises. Overall our experience has been extremely positive!

Our account rep, Tara, has been fantastic! She's constantly bringing relevant data and ideas to our meetings. She has made herself available to help implement changes to our account. I get the sense that she really does care about the success of our store. Postscript as an SMS platform has been good for the most part. I like that I've seen updates and improvements while we've been a client. I wish pricing were a little more palatable... but I know that so much of that is due to the carriers that they work with. All in all it's been a good platform for reaching our audience and I believe that Postscript will be a team that helps us continue to take giant steps forward with our business.
