Postscript has been a great app for us to launch our SMS strategy on. The app itself is intuitive and has robust product offerings, and we've been able to set up very customized automations and campaigns without issue. The real standout, though, is customer support which has been exceptional! The team we work with is proactive and just lovely to work with - we would not have been able to launch without them. They feel like an extension of our marketing team and have come up with fantastic campaigns, messaging, and automations. Overall, our launch has been a success!

Postscript is an INCREDIBLE app. The automations are insane and convert super well. The team is super on top of everything and REALLY understands e-commerce. They are ultra responsive and overall we are just over the moon with Postscript! 10/10 would recommend!!

So far so good. We have our first campaign running to convert our email customers to text customers and it is going great. The interface is easy and intuitive. Michael hooked me up via chat when I had questions.

Postscript is a great app! Super user friendly and their support (especially Porshia) is amazing!! Get it!. Porshia helped me through several issues I was having. She was patient and ensured I was satisfied. Excited to be a customer!!

Postscript, how do I love thee, let me count the ways. Well, having an awesome SMS product is just table stakes, so I'll just leave that aside. They deliver on a fantastic product. Where they excel is with their team. Super talented, caring, and hard working. Travis has been not only an amazing, integral part of our getting up and going on the platform, he's just straight up a joy to have around. Thanks Travis, for all you do for us!

This message is for the Shopify Community, I haven't been able to have a proper test so far. I'm just in the process of setting this App up, but I couldn't wait to share how impressed I am with the level of customer service they provide to make sure we get this done. I'll update this review after about the SMS Marketing capabilities.

Not only is this platform amazing but the team to support us is stellar! They're always providing us with amazing strategies for what we can do to scale our SMS list & revenue as well as answering any questions we have. We've worked previously with Wassim and Travis. Now, we are working with Jeff & Liza. Everyone has been helpful and supportive!

So far, so good. I'm starting my SMS campaign this past three months. I've experienced a revenue increase with a few dollars of investment. I love the Postscript support team and I continue learning about this platform.

Loving Postscript so far! We switched from Yotpo/SMSBundle to Postscript a few months ago and the support from our rep David O. has been phenomenal. Definitely the best experience I've had with any app/software company I use. Keep up the great work Postscript.

Love this company (and app)! We have seen HUGE success with our SMS program. We owe a big thanks to the help we've received from Postscript, too. They are quick to reply and always super helpful.

I'm new to Postscript but can say their customer service and support has been really helpful! Their integration with Shopify makes it easier to quickly see various segments and user types versus downloading reports and manually sorting it out...

Porshai was very helpful . A great App , easy to use and very efficient app with great team behind it . They quickly reply to all my questions every time. they are are the best when it comes to automation and customer service. the webinars or training that they do helped me a lot to understand the app and marketing in general.
