Postscript SMS Marketing

This message is for the Shopify Community, I haven't been able to have a proper test so far. I'm just in the process of setting this App up, but I couldn't wait to share how impressed I am with the level of customer service they provide to make sure we get this done. I'll update this review after about the SMS Marketing capabilities.

Not only is this platform amazing but the team to support us is stellar! They're always providing us with amazing strategies for what we can do to scale our SMS list & revenue as well as answering any questions we have. We've worked previously with Wassim and Travis. Loving Postscript so far! We switched from Yotpo/SMSBundle to Postscript a few months ago and the support from our rep David O. has been phenomenal. Definitely the best experience I've had with any app/software company I use. Keep up the great work Postscript.

Seems to be working nicely. Tech support (Porshai) was really helpful and made a few suggestions to try out and answered all my questions thoroughly.

I'm new to Postscript but can say their customer service and support has been really helpful! Their integration with Shopify makes it easier to quickly see various segments and user types versus downloading reports and manually sorting it out...

Porshai was very helpful . A great App , easy to use and very efficient app with great team behind it . They quickly reply to all my questions every time. they are are the best when it comes to automation and customer service. the webinars or training that they do helped me a lot to understand the app and marketing in general. So far this app has been a lifesaver. Super friendly user experience and easy to pick up. Customer service is also top-notch. We've seen conversions in just a few days. Any issue I've run into Michael has been able to resolve in just minutes. Couldn't recommend it enough!

After a lot of back and forth on the best platform for us, we decided to go with Postscript and have been thrilled. For a moment, we explored other options, thinking maybe we were missing out, but after all was said and done, we came right back here. Postscript offers all the bells and whistles with SMS and maybe even more importantly, their support team is incredible. We have had nothing but good experiences from the sales team, to our dedicated CSM, to the amazing people running the support chat box. Really bit fan and highly recommend!

I just downloaded this app, seems like there's a lot that you can do with is, the customer service was great so I'm looking forward to seeing how it will help the store drive subscribers.

Postscript has been great for our biz. They're very professional and I love the events they have w/ ideas to expand what we're doing. I recommend them to everyone.

I'm still getting to grips with postscript. It is a very professional APP, with probably more functionality than a small-medium sized business needs. I use Omnisend for all my email blasts now and Postscript for texts. its not expensive considering the returns you get and much cheaper than say FB ads. The only drawback is that you have to watch carefully the number of credits you use, because if you have a text with lots of emoticons (which often end up as counting as 3-4 SMS credits) or texts which are resent after xx days if unread, you can burn through your free monthly SMS credit allowance quickly. Am extremely happy with their customer service too.

Honestly this app is so easy to use! Not only that, but the customer service is really what keeps me. Love it!
