I needed help fixing a gif and Andre literally did the most for me! I honestly have never had such great and fast service. I really appreciate this aspect alongside an app that has brought in a lot more orders too!

Just downloaded this app and I can already say I am very satisfied with this platform! Super easy to set up and a lot of the automations are already done for you. I'm excited to see what sms marketing has to offer to my online store

I've done email and SMS marketing for over 5 brands. I switch them all to Postscript because they're just so much better than any other app — they win in cost, service, quality, and innovation. Don't waste your time with any other apps, just start here. You won't regret it.

Insanely expensive for people with big lists (2k or more). Like nearly $100 to send 1 text. Awesome platform and super user friendly but it is so stupid expensive.

Been using Postscripts for a couple of months now. The platform is very easy to use and integrates with ReCharge, which is a huge bonus. We've seen great results with the automations and campaigns we've set up. Customer service is very friendly and helpful!

We're very new to SMS, but the support at Postscript is phenomenal. They make everything turnkey, which is so important for small businesses that have a million things to do in a day. Easy to install and implement, and friendly and helpful customer service. What more could you ask for?

I use Postscript for text campaigns & automations. It has helped my sales immensely. Customers purchase more when they receive the texts & automations I use. The best thing about Postscript is their customer service. You can chat with them right away whenever you have a question and they are super friendly & very knowledgeable. I highly recommend you add this app to your Shopify store!

Postscript has a fairly robust segmentation tool that allows you to use Shopify properties to create different target segments. I needed to exclude a subset of my segment and worked with a great Customer Experience Advocate to apply some manual workarounds and get things done (thank you Michael!). I can't speak highly enough of my customer service experience, which I consider equally important as Postscript's native features and functionality.
