Postscript SMS Marketing

Thanks so much for helping us get set up! We're excited to start using the tool to grow our SMS list.

Postscript has a fairly robust segmentation tool that allows you to use Shopify properties to create different target segments. I needed to exclude a subset of my segment and worked with a great Customer Experience Advocate to apply some manual workarounds and get things done (thank you Michael!). I can't speak highly enough of my customer service experience, which I consider equally important as Postscript's native features and functionality.

It took some quiet time for me to really understand how the app works and make it work for my my business but so glad I did it. The support team is very helpful and quick.

Best SMS app out there! So many services the service stops after the sales call but with Postscript the customer support team is unbelievable and continues to win you over time and time again. Stop searching - just sign up.

My retail shop uses a welcome series coupon code for our new customers. We've been having trouble recently with the same subscriber being able to access a coupon code each time jumping onto our site. Not a huge deal but we want it to be special for our first time guests. Today I finally jumped onto a chat with a postscript guru. Michael is our saving grace! Super easy to use + setup and very helpful support too! Would recommend for all email marketing needs

Recently made the jump to Postscript and so far, the results are quite encouraging. We are now capturing both email and mobile numbers with a single popup and the subscription rate is higher than what we have been getting for email addresses alone with the other App. Definitely recommend Postscript and their Support team!

I have only been using Postscript for like 3 days but it seems to be a great SMS platform. Much better and straight forward compared to one I have used in the past. And their chat support is very helpful!

I love this app! It's easy to use and has so many ways to up your text marketing game. The customer service team has been amazing as well. Shoutout to Shannon from customer support for a quick reply even on the weekend.

I've been using Postscript for about 9 months now and it's the best solution for text message marketing. Onboarding is simple and straightforward, the UI is friendly and overall you'll see results pretty instantly. Make sure to set up an abandoned cart sequence and of course a welcome series (put your keyword on your social media for a big boost your bottom line). We recently needed to integrate our Klaviyo opt-in form to Postscript and had some technical issues making sure Klaviyo only handled emails and Postscript only handled texts. I hopped on the live support chat and got it figured out in no time. The Customer Success rep Bryan even tested the opt-in form on his end which was even better. Overall, Postscript is a great product, a great company, and has great people!
