I've been testing about 3-4 different sms solutions this month and Postscript really has everyone else beat. Customer service, affordability, 1:1 chat feature, Klaviyo integration, gifs that don't require links to open. It's great. The only reason I didn't give 5 starts is I wish the forms allowed more advanced customization and there were smoother options to embed forms. I also wish we could purchase dedicated long numbers, sharing keywords makes things a little difficult. But I understand it keeps things affordable. I also wish we could send audio, but no one else is offering that yet anyway. Great job Postscript!

I tried this app out for the free 30 days & it was obvious it would pay for itself. My results were great. Super pumped to add this type of marketing to my business plan. I have loved how easy it is to use. Also, Bryan in customer service is awesome. He's always so quick to respond and always helps me out when I have questions.

Great app and Team. Support is so quick to respond and very helpful. Have very much enjoyed working with Steadman and the whole team. Their Shopify and Klaviyo integrations have made creating segments/campaigns on the fly easier than ever.

Just switched over from a previous app and was so nervous to do so because of the time it took me to set up the scripts and integrations with the previous app. But.... BEST DECISION and wish I would have switched sooner! Sylvia with customer service hopped in the chat and helped right away with getting set up - SUPPORT TEAM IS AH-MAZING! After just 15 min into it, I realized how SIMPLE this app is to use and cant wait to continue to grow my text list!

I am going on 2 months with Postscript now, and I do not have one bad thing to say. It has totally changed the game for me as a small boutique. I just got my January email and I hit $4000 in sales generated JUST from my SMS! And I am still just starting to grow my text list! The numbers really speak for themselves and are enough to make me want to stay with Postscript... But the icing on the cake is definitely their customer service. They always respond super quickly, they are helpful, nice, and quite funny! I have not had a bad interaction with them and they are always willing to go above and beyond to help me execute all the crazy ideas I come up with for my customers! It's an 11/10 for me. I really wish I would have found them sooner!

Don’t get involved with them. Postscript was amazing. We tried multiple SMS platforms- we finally felt at "home" Peter helped us get setup and he was great. Then we worked one on one with Joe, his patience and knowledge to get the most out of the app was amazing. Then we kept getting passed from person to person and now- now they won’t strategize with us monthly at all. Seems like they have a ton of turn over. Ran and operated very poorly. Not iPhone friendly.

Sylvia is super helpful. The app needs more segmenting options but overall easy to use. Would recommend for anyone who needs SMS marketing!

Big fan of Postscript so far. The platform itself is great. There are a few small things that I wish I could do that are not currently possible (like dynamic product names in abandoned cart texts), but I am sure the team is rapidly improving the technology. Where Postscript really shines is the human element of running a shopify app (ok they would probably call it a marketing platform). The sales rep who I initially talked to went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. The implementation support was also very helpful. We had a big sale approaching and I wanted to make sure I fully understood how the platform worked in our specific situation. Rae helped me set everything up how I wanted it. And Sylvia the chat support rep was very helpful when I had a specific question about the platform!
