Great product - I love the integration; it really makes a big difference in sales and engagement; good value and user interface; and very, very helpful team. Hoping they integrate with more email platforms than Klaviyo, but for a good deal for Shopify SMS/MMS, it can't be beat!

Postscript is such a well-thought out SMS platform! It's super simple to use and out of all of the SMS apps I considered, Postscript is the best. We've been able to generate many more sales with our automated flows and campaigns. And to top it off, their support team is ON IT and super friendly. Shout-out to Sylvia for helping us through any challenges. I highly recommend choosing Postscript for your SMS marketing partner!

We've been really happy with our decision to go with PostScript. We researched a few other options and felt like they offered the greatest value for the features. It's super intuitive to use and the return on investment has been really impressive thus far!

I enjoyed the always quick and helpful responses from customer service : ) which is much needed since messaging across the app is often missing information and not very user friendly. Although it is a very simple tool, the setup, user flows, and UX needs the attention of a user-focused product manager. I also appreciate the payment structure and flexibility! This app provides simple SMS functions. It is not very robust or customizable, but it helps our business accomplish what we need and has helped us drive sales and retention. Again, the customer service has been exceptional. Without their support our company would have had to pass on investing in this app.

I tried all possible Apps in Shopify for the Pure SMS marketing and this is the best app I found, they have the best support and knowledge and also postscript SMS Marketing have a mobile pop up feature which help a lot for our Website: www.sugar-art.ca The app providing huge profit for our Corporation! Just signed up- but LOVING this app so far! I can create texts that look like they are actually coming from me, not a "robot". Customer service is exceptional too! Very helpful and friendly. (Thank you Bryan!!) Highly recommend!

Great customer service, direct integrations with most of the apps we use which allows us to customize our communications on sms in a seamless way. Their team is always open to explore new ideas presented by clients and they make changes fast. Highly recommend.

I just downloaded this app as I was looking for an inexpensive solution to my SMS subscriber list collection problem. The current app I use collects email subscribers for me, it can collect SMS subscribers too BUT I don't use that feature because it's too expensive. Finally, today I found Postscript! They can also do both features, and they have the main automations incorporated, as well as campaign features in their app. I love keeping my Shopify app life simple, and this app definitely offers all the subscriber collection necessities, plus the addition of automation and campaigning. When I first loaded the app, I had a few questions, I message through the apps chat and within seconds had an expert reply. Sylvia, the expert, patiently answered all my questions, and helped me out each step of the way to gain knowledge about what I can do with the app. I'm actually thinking about switching over completely to this one app. I rarely leave reviews but I swear my experience already has been so good. I love the fact this app offers GIFS in SMS. HOW COOL?! Amazing way to connect with your customers. Honestly, I'm excited to use this app. I've been in business for a year and was looking for an app this long, and I wouldn't have signed up if this app wasn't truly amazing. Great job guys.

Much about your experience depends on who you get for a customer service agent. Sylvia is awesome! She even made me a video illustrating a solution to my problem. I wish there was a phone number, though, so that I could talk to someone when I'm having problems with the app.
