I am 15 days into my free trial and have gotten great customer service when I have had questions. They have training videos to help you navigate how to get the word out. And I have already seen a return on investment enough to cover my first paid month and leave my old text service and make the switch.

Great app! A huge plus for me to give this a 5/5 and going out of my way to leave a review is their customer service. New apps are always alien to me, but their CS (Bryan especially), answered all my questions and was very fun to talk to.

Postscript has been very help to my business, by allowing me to quickly get information out to my customers, such as new arrivals and sales. On top of that their customer support is so Awesome, Fast, and Very Helpful. Shannon was so patience, and gave me precise instructions that allowed me to fix my issue in minutes...along with giving me an encouraging words to conquer the areas of the app, I wasn't familiar with!

The Postscript App allowed me to quickly build my text messaging program and my customers love being able to get a discount just for signing up! I can also tell immediately after sending out a message what traffic I have from it on my Shopify store.
