Postscript SMS Marketing

If I could give this app zero stars I would. My company has been using this app over a year and the experience is the worst. Taking money from small business owners and not delivering is the worst form of business practice. Whenever we text our customers the messages are not being delivered but your company is getting compensated. We reached out to customer service to get a resolution and instead of assisting my company we received the run around. Some of my customers aren't receiving our marketing messages and your company needs to reimburse us.

The BEST SMS software on Shopify...without a doubt. Intelligent staff with willingness to think outside the box with their partners! Couldn't recommend enough.

We have LOVED working with Postscript! It is easy and intuitive to set up campaigns and automations. We have made our SMS channel more conversational and lucrative since our switch to Postscript. Our CSM Travis is always so on top of our account and comes with helpful recommendations and data. Definitely the best CSM out there. We also had a fantastic onboarding team who set us up, Jared and Kaci. In summary, 10/10 and full 5 stars for Postscript!

Just completed the set up, and everything is working perfectly. I had a few questions while I was getting everything figured out and the support team (live chat and email) have been exceptionally helpful. Very pleased with the move over to Postscript.

So far so good with Postscript! We are new to the platform and the onboarding and set up with Lauren and Shannon has been smooth sailing. Needed some quick attention to ensure my integration was set up completely and Taylor was all over it. Super helpful. Excited for more to come!

Taylor, Meg, Faith, Jenny - Amazing Postscript team that takes support to the next level - making Postscript more powerful for us. They always have ideas and insight on how to grow. Love that the pricing is straightforward and no surprises. One thing I would like to see is more templates with proven flows and messages, and deeper segmentation options. There are pros and cons to any platform, yet Postscript gives us continual results.

This app is soooo impressive. The setup and help is amazing. My onboard team of Simon and Meagan were amazing. Always there to answer questions and kept me movin' forward on set up. I had a few technical questions and D and Faith answered me immediately through chat with perfect info. So friendly and helpful! I highly recommend Postscript!

What I love the most about Postscript SMS marketing is how quickly the team responds when I have questions to ask in the chat. There's no waiting time and they're super helpful. Even if you have questions on the weekends they get back to you first thing on monday via email.
