What I love the most about Postscript SMS marketing is how quickly the team responds when I have questions to ask in the chat. There's no waiting time and they're super helpful. Even if you have questions on the weekends they get back to you first thing on monday via email.

I have used PS for a while now. I tried another app that had both email and SMS because of FOMO, but I'm back within a week. Their customer service is top notch. I am able to chat with a human and not a bot when I have questions.

Pros: the customer service team via support chat is great. Wait times are super fast and I have solved many problems with their help! I also love the product back in stock feature is one of the options rather than an entirely separate app. Also really like the updated automations that were written for us. Cons: A few more touch points during onboarding would have been good, and there's a few key metrics I feel are missing from analytics

One of the best SMS apps in the industry. On par with emotive and no up front fees. We had a technical issue because I removed the "ref" code from the initial message and after extensive troubleshooting Taylor a highly skilled and friendly support staff fixed my issue. I will now be using Post script with all my stores! You can tell post script have invested in the right support which is the most important thing for a company.

SMS marketing is obviously the future, and it's important to have a good partner in the technology. The Postscript app functionality and capability is excellent, but what really seals the deal is their hands-on and helpful support. We threw some really complicated queries and our support rep Faith undertook an investigation and solved the case in a way that would make sherlock holmes jealous.

Taylor has been very communicative and efficient and is continuously helping me in any way to get my website back up and started! I channeled over to Postscript because of the brands I know that use it and I want my brand to be accessible to easy automation and more.
