I have tried quite a few SMS platforms out there and I think I will stick with this one. Support is really great & responsive and there're so many options for segmentation in order to refine my marketing which is what I need. The UI is also easy to use. I like it!

Postscript is just great. I was surprised by how an SMS marketing platform can maximize your revenue. Every eCommerce business needs to use an SMS platform and Postscript is just a great option and their customer support is super helpful.

This app is amazing! It has increased sales so much! My customers love it. I wish I could get all of my mailing list to move over to text message. (I'm working on it) Conversions are great! Customer service is top notch. I am very happy with this app! Update: 5-28-24 I have been using this app for 4 years and it has been great until recently. I installed a new template and had a grand opening event. I had over 10,000 credits and the system said that I did not have enough for my campaign. It sent out 2 text messages. It prompted me to pay $51 more for the campaign. I refused because I had enough credits. My grand opening was ruined. I contacted support and they responded but not helpful. I’m bummed that I have to look for a new app now. Such a hassle.

One of the great things about this app is the amount of segments and filtering they allow brands to do to contact the right group of customers. There are an endless amount of filters that you can then automate on top of, which makes the app very versatile in nature. If you learn enough of their platform, you can really customize it to the experience you want to build for consumers. Also, not to mention, their live chat is fabulous! I have so many questions while learning the ins and outs of the system, and they make it super easy by connecting to a support agent in minutes to answer your question. Very prompt. Everything I look for when choosing the right partner to work with on our store. Thanks to the Postscript team and Adam for being so helpful in on-boarding me :)

Awesome SMS platform. I tried a few from the Shopify marketplace but none impressed me as much as Postscript. The alternatives did not have segmentation on the level of detail that Postscript provides. A bonus is that they recently redid their pricing model, compared to the other alternatives this is a better cost effective option. There is no base rate + cost per msg, just a very simple monthly credit system, no hidden fees. Their support is also top notch, they were able to make a custom adjustment I needed for segmentation.

Before downloading the app I spoke with Zev in customer service and he was very nice and professional. He answered all of my questions and gave me more info which really helped me to decide to download this app. it's perfect for my business. It has everything i was looking for in a text marketing app. also Steadman was nice and helpful as well. Great team! Excellent customer service.

Been using the app for a few weeks. Makes it very easy to set up automated text messaging for Shopify customers. Very happy so far.
