Love this app! I initially had trouble getting it to automatically pop-up on my site but I chatted with Faith from customer service and she was SO helpful! Got it done for me exactly how I wanted.

Porshai from the postscripts team was so helpful. We where not able to log into our app and connect with customers. She found the issue and make another long in for both of our stores while we reach out to shopify to get the issue fixed so we are still able to log in and connect with client. Thank you so much for the help! It was fast and easy

The best service. Sandy has been a huge help and the onboarding team make life super easy. We were with another SMS service for a short time to compare service and Postscript won hands down.

We're transferring over a good size list from another app and have no clue what we're doing. Sandy has been incredibly helpful in helping us navigate these waters - we can't wait to make Postscript a massive piece of our strategy!!!

This app is great for all levels of an e-com stores sales funnel, as well as keeping up with customers, offering customer service, and so much more. It's easy to use and has helped so much so far!

So far it has been really easy to use and their customer support is responsive and kind and helpful. We particularly enjoy the campaign flows feature, and the automations.

Just downloaded this app and i was able to chat live with someone immediately. Also had quick help on a few changes i immediately wanted to make. So far im very impressed!!
