We are unable to delete old email addresses from the submission notifications. Because our email addresses are rather long, the screen cuts off the X that you would normally use to delete. How else can we delete an email?

At first, I found the application a bit difficult to use and it was a little frustrating trying to set everything up. However, their support service was excellent and made a huge difference. Richard Mervil in particular was incredibly patient, helpful, and quick to respond. He took the time to walk me through everything and helped me fix the issues I was having. Thanks to his help, everything is now working perfectly. I really appreciate the support!

Excellent form builder, for a reasonable price. Has everything we need such as branching logic and conditional fields. Integrates well with our storefront. Not complete bug-free but customer service has always quickly responded and solved our issues, which is nice!

We’ve been using POWR Form Builder in our Shopify store and while form issues and a subscription hiccup set us back briefly, the support team was exceptional. They were responsive, genuinely helpful, and got our forms fully restored. Exactly the kind of service you want when something breaks. The app itself is flexible and does the job well with plenty of customization and integrations, and having a team that actually helps when stuff goes sideways made all the difference for us. Definitely worth considering if you want both a capable form builder and support that doesn’t ghost you.

I'm older than 50 so I am adapting to the new way of customer service that is now designed to be written digital only, & so much slower than an actual conversation with spoken words & immediate back & forth info sharing. Takes twice as long to get unstuck than it used too, and after health, Time is our next most important & scarcest resource - then money ;) That said, I'd like to thank the Team at POWR Form Builder as they've been very helpful, very clear, and very knowledgable. Mostly it's intuitive, logical, and efficient - then my starting-to-crust-on-the-inside wee brain needs a little help. Thank you Legends, especially Arlyne - thank you.
