This app has been pretty decent. Building the form can be a little confusing but there is definitely a lot of options to customize your form.

Great app that I used for a client consultation form - Easy To Use, had up and running in a couple of hours.

We used it as a form for people to apply to our VIP group and its GREAT it helped us do everything we needed to and ask all the questions we needed to ask well. Very customizable.

It was fairly easy to create and install. The only thing I'm not happy about is that is that it is very slow and when someone goes to my page, you see the code for a second and then the form appears and the code is below the form. It looks unprofessional so I'm trying something else

I just started using this app and it's way better than the other ones I've tried! Very easy, customizable and even includes more advanced options than others! Highly recommend!!

Great app! Love the simplicity and straightforwardness and the integration with things like Zapier and Google sheets.

really great app and very easy to install and update. we love it. Our business is in france and that works well for us too

It's not free! after you spend hours building the forms you notice a pricing at the top and then you find out that it's only free for 25 submissions and for basic capabilities only. Then you delete the app but you find out that you also have to remove your account from another website somewhere hidden in the settings of that website. By this time you would have wasted many hours and been charged at least once for nothing. So just don't.

So far so good! Pretty user friendly, easy to use. It was quick to create what I needed. Now I wait to see how it works on my website
