Very fast contact. Perfect. I have a good feeling wiht this app. And the app is powerful. I little bit complicated to understand all, because it is only in English. Could get one more star, if also available in German.

I've used the app in both free and paid/subscription models. I needed the added features that weren't available in the free one. I like that the app is straightforward to use and the paid plan doesn't lock you in. I've recently had an issue with billing, but it was quickly resolved by Powr support through Shopify. Thanks, Gaukhar for your assistance.

The app is great and has definitely helped us get a lot more email subscriptions. The customer service is amazing as well. I had some questions and Richcarde M. assisted me with an updated pop up.

Friendly and qualified staff, very attentive to customer care. I contacted the assistance via chat for a billing problem. The operator Richarde promptly replied and, besides solving my problem, he also made me an ad hoc commercial offer, one of those that cannot be refused ;)

Warning!! The worst app ever. Worked well but when we should change to an other solution, it's impossible to get an answer if we own the addresses or not. We still pay for it because we don't know what going to happen if we delete it. And they never get back with a understandable answer.

Good app and great support! I needed help and Mithsou was very helpful and responded very quickly. Some elements are confusing and need some explanation but the app does what it's supposed to and is priced right.
