Warning!! The worst app ever. Worked well but when we should change to an other solution, it's impossible to get an answer if we own the addresses or not. We still pay for it because we don't know what going to happen if we delete it. And they never get back with a understandable answer.

Good app and great support! I needed help and Mithsou was very helpful and responded very quickly. Some elements are confusing and need some explanation but the app does what it's supposed to and is priced right.

App slowed down my website immensely, after removing to see speed difference and then trying to re-install it tried to charge me again after paying for 12 months, avoid.

UPDATE 13.3.24: This is to express my complaints. I no longer need the app, decided to cancel my annual subscription, uninstalled it and asked for a refund as i cancelled the first couple of days of the annual renewal. I keep receiving emails from the developers, asking why i left etc. in which i have replied that i just do not need the app and i want to cancel and receive a refund, simple as that. It has been nearly a week that i still havent received my refund. I used this app to create effective pop up banners, mostly for getting emails from visitors and communicate offers/discounts. Simple set up, many options available to customise the banners, quick and kind support, value for money, would recommend :)

I ran into an issue as i was trying to install a pop up and contacted the app's customer support and they solved my issue right away. they are very responsive, and knowledgeable. a great experience so far, plus the graphics look very good!

Funzionava alla grande la versione a pagamento...per un'ottimizzazione SEO abbiamo disinstallato l'applicazione per reinstallarla dopo circa 1 giorno e non hanno voluto riattivare l'account già pagato in quanto lo abbiamo disinstallato. Ho contattato il loro reparto tecnico e mi hanno detto che dovevo pagare DI NUOVO l'abbonamento per avere la versione performante già pagata. Un'ottima app veramente ma decisioni amministrative veramente non giuste.

Have been using the app for quite a while. Works as promised, easy to customize and tracks data well. Lost one star as we have experienced some small glitches, but they were promptly corrected by the support team. **Response time of support has been phenomenal and they have explained the issue and the fix.
