UPDATE 13.3.24: This is to express my complaints. I no longer need the app, decided to cancel my annual subscription, uninstalled it and asked for a refund as i cancelled the first couple of days of the annual renewal. I keep receiving emails from the developers, asking why i left etc. in which i have replied that i just do not need the app and i want to cancel and receive a refund, simple as that. It has been nearly a week that i still havent received my refund. I used this app to create effective pop up banners, mostly for getting emails from visitors and communicate offers/discounts. Simple set up, many options available to customise the banners, quick and kind support, value for money, would recommend :)
Hello, Our sincere apologies for the misunderstanding. It looks like you received an automatic email about your cancelled subscription at the moment of your current ticket with one of our agents. Please rest assured that it was never our intention to confuse you in the process. Your subscription has been cancelled + refunded as requested, and an email was sent by the support team already to inform you. Your satisfaction will always remain our priority over anything else. I was trying to fix my popup window for forever with no luck. I contacted POWR and within 30 minutes, Richcarde immediately fixed the problem for me! Such great customer service and response time! Thank you!

I ran into an issue as i was trying to install a pop up and contacted the app's customer support and they solved my issue right away. they are very responsive, and knowledgeable. a great experience so far, plus the graphics look very good!

I used this app to help fix my popup and sidebar popup. The help available is outstanding. I would definitely recommend it.

I am new in creating Pop up! I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get what I needed with this app. The only downside is that you cannot chat with support but once you submit the ticket it gets answered right away! Irina, thank you for your help!

I used the app to place a Welcome/Discount pop up on my home page for each new visitor. However, I am not satisfied with the options for placement of the pop up. On a computer monitor, when the site first opens, you can't even see the pop up because it's halfway down the page. It would be better if I could place it further up on the page, closer to the header. Richarde was absolutely fantastic in his ability to solve this issue!
