Their charges are different on the Shopify app store as compared to original one. I would not installed the app if I knew about the charges.

Absolute Crap. Wasted half a day on this app no contact from support. Then despite paying for the upgrade which said they would not add any branding to my site it added the branding on the home page and added a heap of other apps I was not interested in. Deleted the app and now their branding is still on my website.

I needed a pop- up to show a discount for new customers. But after installing I don't see it. So, I'm not sure I did it right.

Limited customization for the price. It doesn't show up properly on Mobile and support is extremely slow. I had to keep emailing to get response.

This app was great for my pop up lead magnet. However, after one month of testing to make sure new subscribers were receiving the eguide they signed up for, it never worked.

It is quite easy to use. The only thing which was difficult to find how to change the text in the after mail. I also thought I can send reviews with this app which is not possible, unfortunately.

Great app and great customer service. I changed shopify themes recently and the app stopped working. the POWR team had it back up and running in less than one business day. Highty recommend

Great Application, But it would be amazing to add (Revenue earned from the pop-ups & similars.) Therefore it's easy to track.

It's easy and straightforward to use. You have the free plan available which is not so limited, that you can actually use the free plan. Easy to install and most importantly, it works.

I only wanted a "Flash Sale" type of pop up as my first pop up on my website, i opted for the free plan, for now, i had some problems changing the text on the template I chose - It wasn't a straight out write your text in the box. Managed to find my way around it eventually - but it wasn't very clear to start off with..Hoping I can navigate it better 2nd time around. I was contacted very shortly after by a POWR Support member and the issue was clarified to me immediately.
