POWR Sales Popup, Email Pop up

I used this app to create a pop up on my Shopify shop. It was easy to install and very easy to use. Excellent app. I will definitely recommend it.

Great app. Detailed design tools and easy to make a popup. I created my first pop up and love the design.

I subscribed to PRO and there are literally no customer service. Only a search function. I am having an issue where popup is appearing at the bottom of my page and I cant find it. Will unsubscribe soon.

I started to install it, but then too soon I received a popup to give my review... i couldn't finish the publishing. A pity as it started very smoothly

Great app concept - terrible help assistance. When paying for a service one expects a level of help and assistance above a basic set of questions. Either an online chat facility or a simple email address or contact form would suffice. Its shouldn't be this hard to reach out to you that I have to eave a negative(ish) review in order to voice my frustrations regarding your product. When I click to post this review- it doesn't appear to work - so if you see this - please spend a little time to fix these pesky issues

This app doesn't integrate with Shopify Customers (the in built CRM of Shopify) so its rather pointless for the main use case of a newsletter sign-up form for capturing new customers...

The app functions fine, although you need to pay for a subscription for most standard functions (i.e. remove logo and control frequency). My issue is with the customer service. I emailed many times with the customer service as the button to cancel subscription did not work. I followed all instructions and repeatedly and very clearly (1 week before subscription renewal) requested to please cancel my subscription. The subscription was renewed 1 day before the subscription renewal date and I was ultimately able to cancel on that day (before renewal date) but we were unfortunately charged early. At that point customer service simply said "unfortunately we do not provide refunds on monthly subscriptions" even though he was well aware we had been corresponding for a week as I was trying to cancel. This to me is extremely unprofessional and quite frankly manipulative.

Not a very easy to use app. It keeps giving pop ups to rate it. Editing the timer is confusing, with no save button. the app needs to be more user friendly for editing.

Have the pro version, there is no control on the position of the popup that works. When it is to be centred it centers the pop-up both vertically and horizontally on the page, and is not reactive to where the user is. Meaning you have to scroll to see the pop-up, thus defeating the principle purpose of a popup. Disappointed with their support.

I used this App to help me add a Christmas Opening Pop-up to my Shopify Site. It was easy to create a custom pop-up with lots of customisable options.

Highly recommend this app for any site! super fast setup and looks great at first. Be aware that some browsers will block pop-ups so be ready to add some other way of getting your customers in the loop too.

This app helped us increase our subscriber list in a flexible and cost effective way. We're very happy with how easy it is to use. We would wish for more content variation though and the ability to customise the pop up backgrounds if possible (maybe we haven't explored enough yet!)

So far I like this app, it is easy to use and customize. Just installed, but excited to see how well it works.

bugging out, tried to hit the support button but is only pre listed questions and not a live person to help out. it keeps playing older versions of my pop up not the newer ones ive corrected.

so far so good, i hope i can get more out of this app to help data capture. Seems easy to use, and helpful theres levels you can buy into.

The app was really easy to use. I thought that setting up a pop up was going to be difficult but far from that.

I am trying to test out this app in FREE mode and can't do what I need to do. So I subscribed for a month and STILL CAN'T ACCESS THE survey feature.

I love this app, it is complete. We are trying this for the first time. Very intuitive, we hope to discover more.
