Lots of great features and absolutely captures an email but despite paying for it to send them to Mailchimp it doesn't work. So no automated email to our customers with the welcome email. The automated feature in the app doesn't work either. We have reached out for help three times with no response.

Not a very easy to use app. It keeps giving pop ups to rate it. Editing the timer is confusing, with no save button. the app needs to be more user friendly for editing.

very easy to use and grateful for the fact you have a free option. I made my pop up within minutes and it is exactly what I was looking for.

Have the pro version, there is no control on the position of the popup that works. When it is to be centred it centers the pop-up both vertically and horizontally on the page, and is not reactive to where the user is. Meaning you have to scroll to see the pop-up, thus defeating the principle purpose of a popup. Disappointed with their support.

Great product does exactly as promised. I used it to promote some items for my pre-Christmas sale and it is performing nicely. also very simple to create and fun to use! thanks, Popup team, you are doing a great job, providing us with all functionalities to kick off sales! I enjoyed ease of use and intuition in navigating the different options to enable the popup.

Highly recommend this app for any site! super fast setup and looks great at first. Be aware that some browsers will block pop-ups so be ready to add some other way of getting your customers in the loop too.

This app helped us increase our subscriber list in a flexible and cost effective way. We're very happy with how easy it is to use. We would wish for more content variation though and the ability to customise the pop up backgrounds if possible (maybe we haven't explored enough yet!)

I added the popup app to my Shopify store, and paid approx. $27 for the year. Hours later there was a new reoccurring charge on my account for approx. $47 a month without my approval. Exchanged emails with Arlyne, who agreed to a refund. When no action happened and she stopped responded to my emails, she called me with a sales call offering to help coach me on how to use their app - completely ignoring her promise for a refund and such DECEPTIVE PRICING. Shopify owners, stay far away from these people. Their lie about their pricing, they avoid contact, and they break their word. Terrible company!!!
