I liked how easy this was to use. I am a little confused as to how to use the "add" to HTML when selecting the click triggered option. I really don't know what I am supposed to do here? Do I choose a page for this pop up or does it pop up at the first click and that is it?

DO NOT USE THIS APP. We paid for it. And for that, it put a grey overlay on our site that STOPPED ALL OUR USERS from using our website. The only reason I found out about it was because two customers sent us emails about it. Additionally, on someones first visit to our site each day, it gave them the ability to edit the popup via THE ADMIN PANEL so that everyone on our site could see their edits. I cannot describe the horror I experienced when I found out that this app let random people on the internet edit our site from the admin panel. This is completely incomprehensible. We lost hundreds of conversions because people could not use our store. It cost us thousands of dollars. I cannot believe that they would even code something like this. Let alone release it for us to use. Find another popup provider. The risk of an error like this happening again is far too great.

Nice and very easy to handle. Though I thought that all features were available for a trial period....they are not.

How prescient, yet not surprisingly I agree with Exceedingly Vegan (see review below). If you want to use an app that is completely user un-friendly, doesn't work, and will not uninstall properly without screwing thing up-- then this app is for you!! You'll love the way it shows up on mobile devices even after it's supposedly "gone". Put a different way even after we uninstalled your crAPP (see what I did there) it wanted to hang around. Thanks powr.io for screwing up our store and creating confusion with our customer base. This app is just flat out HORRIBLE!!!!

I am not very tech savvy but the support staff were great. I was unable to get my popup working (my fault/ tech difficulty) but they extended my plan so I can use it again for our next sale :)

The app is good, not great--but the customer service is really what pushes it to deliver. In my experience, app support is either great or terrible. A lot of overseas developers don't understand the needs of consumers, which is frustrating. The support team for this app, however, is just the opposite. They are helpful, friendly, and and extremely accommodating. I recommend this app!

The form was very neat and displays nicely. We like how it looks. We just wish the email notification when we have an entry will show what we named it "Artist Discount Application Form" as the sender or New Form Entry or anything along that line instead of POWr as the sender but otherwise from that the form was super perfect for our website!! (Just wanted to say the form does say "artist discount application form" in the subject line)

So I purchased the PopUp App for our Shopify website several months ago to notify our customers we moved to a new location. After a few months I removed the popup and basically kinda forgot I was paying for the app. This week I decided to start using it again this week and I could not get it to work correctly. I contacted the support VIA e-mail, and they responded immediately. It turns out I had mistakenly clicked the wrong setting in setup. They were able to go into my theme settings and fix the problem. If you are looking for a very good popup for your website, I recommend POWr. ELM USA

I COULD NOT MAKE IT WORK. SUPPORT SERVICE WAS REALLY SLOW. I UPGRADE TO THE PAID VERSION AND I WASTE TIME AND MONEY.

Absolutely terrible, kept asking for a password, which I entered could not edit pop up, ridiculous, don't waste you time.

Just got a popup installed on my website, got a little issue that the team has responded too very swiftly and it's working just perfect.
