We've been using this for specific disclaimers and notes regarding our products, and we love it. It's simple yet effective. We recently had issues with a site update that prevented the pop ups from working on specific pages, but Richcarde was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process. Definitely will continue to use indefinitely.

The app just doesn't work, the popups are entirely dysfunctional and the app is unimaginably slow.

Really sorry that you had such experience, please note that the popup should be running properly with no issue at all and any dysfunction might be caused by multiple factors depending on the theme you're using or more. However in all cases when anything unexpected happens, our support team are always available to assist and make sure that everything is running as smoothly as possible on your end. You get many options and the app has some potential but it also has a steep learning curve and will take you some time to configure your pop ups (too many options & too many menus). For this reason I ended up not using this app since I was looking for something more simple. Also I am not fan of the fact that certain links redirect you outside Shopify to their own website. For an app like this I would prefer everything to be done within shopify

Great app - The popup app is very customizable, including the ability to style CSS, which is very important for branding. The support team is very responsive and helpful, and took care of all my questions right away. I would highly recommend :)

Super fast and responsive customer support. Resolved an issue I was having within minutes. Using this app has helped me average 150-200 new contacts per month!

Great app for quick and easy popups. Have used it for a few years now, had a small issue recently but spoke to Richcarde on the live chat and they sorted it very quickly. Great customer service!

It does not allow you to choose from all collections, and the manual plug-in instructions did not work.

It’s a great app, it allows me to display many discount coupons and gift cards for my customers. I’d definitely recommend it.

Causes more headaches then its worth. Downloaded this pop-up tool because it was marketed that you could connect to google analytics. They have articles and a spot to enter your GTM but turns out that its not actually supported. They only way to get tracking is to email their support team the code. Then cross your fingers and wait for them to enter it into the application. Have had trouble getting the pop-up to show properly on mobile and just today I woke up to see the pop-up appear half way off the screen.

Easy to use, with lots of customisable features and a neat data output directly to a chosen email address. Excellent customer service, including swift problem-solving and developer-side solutions and edits.

I had used this app before on Shopify, I wanted to use it again & I found it more confusing. I had to contact support & within minutes help was online. The problem I had was sorted asap as I had wasted over 90mins trying to sort. Thanks a lot for helping Much appreciated Edel
