I recently installed the app, and I’m very impressed with how user-friendly it is. The support team was also incredibly helpful in answering my questions. Everything was resolved within minutes. Unfortunately, there are very few apps that offer so much at no cost. Thank you! I highly recommend everyone to try this app. Rosie is the best!!!

I loved the support Globo provided to our store! They adapted the notify button to match our font and style, which I wasn’t expecting. Another great feature is the app’s ‘low stock reminder’ functionality. We always receive notifications when a product is sold.

Very happy with the app and customer service. Had a small change to make and they were very quick to respond and got everything taken care of in just a few minutes. Helps so customers don't miss out when an item is back in stock and prevents us from possibly losing a sale. Thanks for being great!

The app did not work and support was not helpful, we pushed back our live set time multiple times and it was still not fixed despite being a problem on their end.

Fairly straight-forward to install and customise - but really the 5 stars are for the awesome customer support from Rosie. Rosie helped me with the set up bits I wasn't sure with, was super responsive and kind. Thanks Rosie!

The app's interface is clean and intuitive, what allowed us to match it perfectly with our website’s theme. The app handles orders smoothly and keeps everything organized. Most importantly, we’d like to highlight the exceptional customer support and personally Rosie. Anytime we had a question or needed help troubleshooting, she was quick to respond and incredibly helpful with fixing our issue. The dev team members were knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything set up properly. Overall, the Globo app has been a fantastic addition to our online store, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking to offer pre-ordering functionality.

The application will allow you to find a solution for working with pre-orders. Despite the fact that my request was non-standard, the Rosie support specialist helped me set everything up

Great app, the best if you are looking to handle preorders in your store, beasides the support and customer service is fast and great!, specially from Rosie, that helped us with a minor problem we had displaying the countdown, and solved it right away. Kudos to Rosie and Preorder Globo

Rosie is exceptional! She is currently helping me set up the app for me and going above and beyond with coding some stuff that I really need her to do! Shes patient and answers all my questions and goes above and beyond! Very Professional. The app is easy to use and I like how the have options to have partial payments to selected variants etc. Highly reccomend!

Love this app! It's easy to use and thoughtfully designed. Probably the best app for managing pre-orders and back-in-stock notifications. The support team is also very responsive and quick to address any specific requests you have!
