I really wanted to rank this higher because on the surface it's a great tool. My problem is that some payment types don't trigger the stock count so if you set a pre-order volume, you have to watch it like a hawk and either manually update the values or disable pre-orders when you run out of stock. I spoke with customer service on this and they confirmed that some payment types aren't recognized by their app. I would have given this 5 stars if it weren't for this issue.

There was no option to change the colour of a simple button and wasn't able to style it according to my store. Also, when I tried to contact support on multiple occations, I didn't get any response for days and still have not.

Many bugs in the emails had to be corrected. Complete and good applications but it is sometimes difficult to understand what we will obtain as a result. Very heavy according to Google PageSpeed ​​Insights Each modification on the display of "Smart Product Filter & Search" another Globo product, destroyed the display in the collections of this one and vice versa. Be careful if you have both software. I uninstall and keep Smart Product Filter & Search! Liquid files remain after uninstallation, a shame! Très bonne application sur le fond. Mais de nombreux messages imprévus en anglais non paramétrables sont envoyés au client (retour en stock, demande de paiement après annulation) d'autres ne sont pas envoyés (changement de date de livraison. Certaines corrections ont été faites après plusieurs allez et retour avec le support. Mais cela devient lassant, cette application n'était pas finalisée ou débuguée avant sa mise à disposition. Je baisse ma note à 3 étoles. Attention de bien la tester après installation !

Seems to have good features. Integrations is a big loss, no styling or color adjustments. If you want an ugly non converting product page this is your best bet.

This app did not work well with some applications that we had already integrated into our store. Sorry to say, but I had to delete it.

The app works minimally, but sometimes it does not switch to the preorder display when stock runs out, causing customers to order without being aware of the preorder. Also, when you contact support, in many cases they misunderstand your questions or forget past conversations and make you repeat the same explanations over and over again. The quality of support is critical and I am tempted to look for an alternative application. I really like the new back in stock feature, but hope it can be integrated with klaviyo and others as it does not allow for effectiveness analysis.

It only allows one item at checkout. Customers can not purchase two different skus. We contacted customer support but they said nothing can be done to fix.

While I loved this app for its pre-order functionality, unfortunately the 'back in stock' functionality wasn't working correctly as I discovered that the emails can only be delivered to gmail email addresses. After testing numerous emails to other email platforms, I confirmed with the app developers who confirmed that they only go to gmail addresses. I found this quite disappointing, especially as this hadn't been communicated or mentioned anywhere! Otherwise, the pre-order section was great for what we needed.

There's a bug where we can't change the text under the products informing the customer when the product is available again. Reached out to support and nobody replied! If this isn't fixed, the app is not really helpful as it causes major confusion.

The app has promise but I've had to delete it almost immediately because the feature 'hide buy now button' doesn't work properly for variants. I want to hide the button for variants (sizes) on pre-order but keep it for variants in stock. This app has totally removed the buy now button from my in-stock variants and could lose me sales. The hunt for a good pre-order app continues!!

I am confused with this app. It is working only on items that don't have any stock for any variations. As soon as one variation is in stock the pre-order stops working on all variations. Very frustrating as we can't use this app like we wanted to and as advertised.

I'm having a lot of issues with the app. Pre Order button goes missing on and off. And the checkout has issues detecting the discounts applied to pre-order items. Please help sort this out.

There is no pre-order button on the collection page, and when you go into the specific product it shows two options: "pre-order" and "buy now" It doesn't make any sense because if I had the product available I would ONLY use a "Buy Now" button, I wouldn't put it on pre-order, would I?
