The PreOrder Globo app is fairly easy to use and understand, making it simple to set up preorder functionality on our site. There can be occasional small issues with formatting or display, but their customer service team is excellent — quick to respond, very helpful, and always able to fix things in a timely manner. Truly amazing customer service - Rosie promptly helped me sort out all my issues and ensured that preorder went live without a hitch!!! I was looking at a lot of other pre-order apps but this one allows the most flexible pre-order (unlimited products) and up to 20 free pre orders. I will definitely upgrade to paid version once I need it!!!
