I have went through and tried MULTIPLE pre order apps. This is the best one THUS far. There were some flaws within the app, with badges, search filters, customizations etc. I have provided my feedback with hopes they do make some changes, and actually...they ensured some of the items I have commented on, would be fixed/adjusted. Their support team is really great and responsive though, I mean if you have any issues at all they are they to help you and work out the kinks. We will continue using their app!

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with setting up bundle pre-order and Rosie helped fix the issue quickly. Will give 5 stars after using it for a longer time, and testing different fuctions the app offers
I was super hesitant to try one of these apps but the customer service and help that is provided for setting this up is pretty incredible. Rosie was super responsive and addressed each issue or point of confusion that I had while setting up. I feel like I've only begun to scratch the surface of what this app can do. 4-stars instead of 5 (it's a 4.5, really!) only because I think that some aspects for getting set up could be a bit more intuitive/streamlined.
Have just started to install it, but so far chat support (Rosie) is excellent, fast response and great problem solving.
I am grateful for this free Pre-Order solution. The support is responsive and helpful. The Pre-Order button etc looks good on the site and there are options to customize it. I am giving it 4-stars instead of 5 simply because there are some things that I think could be improved to make the app a bit easier and less time consuming to set up. For example, currently you can either apply settings to all variants of product but if you wish to say exclude one size variant you must then manually apply the settings to each variant manually. It would be cool if instead there was an option to check all that you wish for it to apply to.
I have been using it for many years. There have been a few times when we had problems and orders were not being accepted for a period of time. I have continued to use them since then.

Just started using this app for my Shopify store. I wasn't able to customize colors with hex codes so I reached out to customer service, help was super quick and they were able to add the feature so I can add my custom brand colors easily now!

First time installing the free version of this app, I expected to encounter hiccups due to my lack of experience with the app. I was fortunate enough to contact Rosie who helped me with my first roadblock of setting up a pre order item. This positive experience has encouraged me to sign up for the paid version as I need the features offered there - fingers crossed, the support will continue to be awesome.
The customer service support is very good. It's a useful app that I use often, but the problem is that it sometimes behaves strangely, probably I think may be, there are bugs here and there. But,when I asked a question through the chat box, the response was prompt and prompt. That point is so good!
We've been using this app for preorders, and it's been great so far. It does everything we need, with just enough options to customise the experience to suit our needs without feeling overwhelming. The chat feature is prompt, and the team is always friendly and helpful. Anytime we've had a question or needed assistance, they've been quick to respond and provide solutions. Overall, we're very satisfied with both the app and the customer service.

Good customer support. I have tried lots of apps to setup preorder. Mostly failed because we fetch product variants as separate products. But here customer support quickly solved my problem and it works like a charm. Also one of few apps which alerts on Mixed Cart (preorder and not preorder). Restock e-mail notifications aren't really useable in multiple languages and multiple markets, because they can't work with different language and market URLs.

So far has been very easy to set up and use. Their support service was very efficient and helpful, solved my problem very quickly. Rosie was on the chat with me and very helpful. Helped me solve my issue with pre-ordering when stock has not yet arrived.
