When we had a display problem on the site, the person who responded to our chat was able to quickly resolve the problem. Although the communication was in English, he was courteous and prompt in resolving the issue and was very helpful.

I have had a brick and mortar business, but this is my first e-commerce. Whole new ballgame and frustrating for a 50+ year old! Looking at endless reviews and recommendations on line was mind boggling. But PreOrder Globo kept coming up as strongly recommended, and now I know why. Mike has been so very helpful and instrumental in easing my mind and getting me squared away. And I was able to catch on rather quickly after the helping hand. Awesome! Highly recommend!

I'm using this app and I must say that the support has been amazing from the team. Any issue I have is responded to in a timely manner and they really do beyond in help me .

App does everything we want it to do plus more and the support team is responsive and has done a couple small customizations for us for no extra charge.
