It's a great app, I have used for a couple of years now and works great for me. Their customer service are quick in replying and they work with you until they are able to solve your issue!
Lots of customization and flexibility in the app. Customer support responded immediately and quickly helped me fix something (thanks Gemma!).
Their customer service is very patient and can assist accurately. And there are no additional transaction fees, which is very nice.
We've had a great experience using PreOrder Globo! The support team was super helpful and quick to respond when we had trouble with the mixed cart warning. Thanks to their help, everything is working perfectly now — including Japanese translation. Highly recommended for stores handling both pre-order and in-stock items.
Great app for collecting pre-orders and customer service, but be aware of Quick Add function on your store. It doesn't sync through with the app as pre-ordered product.

Globo Pre‑Order m'a apporté tout ce dont il me manquait. L’application est simple à configurer et parfaitement intégrée à mon thème Shopify (Zest). La personnalisation des messages est un vrai plus, et le support client est réactif et professionnel. Grâce à Globo, j'ai pu mettre en place très rapidement une période de précommande. Un vrai allié pour notre marque de joaillerie Adelmire !

Rosie and the Globo team were lifesavers! They responded promptly and resolved a pre-order pricing issue. They then went out their way to resolve an cart editing issue that was being caused by the shopify theme itself. The went above and beyond. Thank you!
I am yet to use this App and still currently in test phase however the support so far from Rosie has been amazing! Very happy to assist and customise if necessary!
