This preorder app is very useful. The PreOrder Globo team and Sarah are very responsive when it comes to app support. This app is highly recommended.

This app is free and nevertheless the customer service is absolute great. Had some issues configuring and they helped me out in a matter of minutes. Very happy with this app, highly recommended. Was helped by Rosie, she is great at her job.

I am grateful for this free Pre-Order solution. The support is responsive and helpful. The Pre-Order button etc looks good on the site and there are options to customize it. I am giving it 4-stars instead of 5 simply because there are some things that I think could be improved to make the app a bit easier and less time consuming to set up. For example, currently you can either apply settings to all variants of product but if you wish to say exclude one size variant you must then manually apply the settings to each variant manually. It would be cool if instead there was an option to check all that you wish for it to apply to.

We considered several pre-order apps, but this one was able to fulfill everything we needed for our store. The customer support system is solid, and when we requested features that weren't part of the default settings, they were more than happy to accommodate us. Their response time was also very fast, which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this app.

Great support. The price of their plans is better than their competition and it works better. Easy to use app. Easy to change the appearance. The support was great, they solved my question very quickly

I had an issue with the "Email me when available" button not displaying properly on the Collections page. Customer service was fast at resolving the issue.

The app is quite intuitive and when I did have a couple of questions, they were quick to respond and solved my issues immediately.

Looks like a great app. Integration worked perfectly and got help fast via the chatservice.
