Great customer service

Great app for collecting pre-orders and customer service, but be aware of Quick Add function on your store. It doesn't sync through with the app as pre-ordered product.

Rosie and the Globo team were lifesavers! They responded promptly and resolved a pre-order pricing issue. They then went out their way to resolve an cart editing issue that was being caused by the shopify theme itself. The went above and beyond. Thank you!

We've started using PreOrder Globo to launch a few new products on pre-sale and it’s working really well so far. It's a great way for us to test interest before committing to stock.
