Great support team- Just installed the app and saw some odd coding on the checkout page. Support team was super-fast to respond and resolved the issue instantly. Simple to set up and seems to be working fine.
Great app. It does three functionalities: Pre Order, Coming Soon and Back in stock. It works great. There are no extra charges. Works much better than other Pre Order apps that does the same and are extremely expensive. Rosie from support helps a lot! Thanks.

Early days but the service is SO quick and exceptional!!
We considered several pre-order apps, but this one was able to fulfill everything we needed for our store. The customer support system is solid, and when we requested features that weren't part of the default settings, they were more than happy to accommodate us. Their response time was also very fast, which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this app.
I had an issue with the "Email me when available" button not displaying properly on the Collections page. Customer service was fast at resolving the issue.
